Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home needs some updating, there's no water pressure in the master bath, sink clogged if you leave the little bit of water running. The 4th bedroom was not cleaned, and no linens were left for the bed. It was pricey for the condition of home but thought it would be easier with the boat landing for my husband, but you can only put in the boat and take out the boat on high tide.

Reviewer Comments: The Corley Family has stayed at Inlet Joy for many years and have loved it. For the last 5 years we have stayed 2 consecutive weeks. When I called to reserve our 2 weeks go next year, we were told that we could only have one of the weeks. With much disappointment from our family, we hav had to leave Garden City Realty and move on to a new chapter in our life 🙁 Also the grass was knee high when we arrived and still had not been cut when we left after our 2 week stay.

And just a few steps in the other direction is the Sand and Surf. My young Grandsons really enjoyed it as well as us Big Kids. 😎😎. Overall a great place to enjoy family and friends.

Reviewer Comments: I have rented Inlet joy 4 out of the last 5 years, the back porch screen door opens out which could cause someone to fall backwards down the stairs, the TV in the master bedroom has no volume control and could use tv's in 2 other bedrooms, a light at the coverd dock would be nice,

The dock and boat ramp are a plus. However, the covered dock could use some furniture. The house was not very clean and needs updated stove/oven. There was no light in the kitchen or in the showers. The outside shower was filthy and needs upgrades.

We have stayed at Inlet Joy many years and are already looking forward to next year. It’s a great place to stay, inlet with docks in your backyard and the ocean directly across the street.
