Stayed Apr 10, 2025This house was perfect for my sister’s bachelorette party! The house was only a 10 minute walk to the beach and a very close drive to many restaurants and shops. The host was very responsive and helpful when our hot water was out. I was under the impression that there would be a beach wagon and beach chairs for us to use, but we did not see any. Other than that though we really enjoyed our stay!

Stayed Jul 11, 2024Overall the house was nice and the location was very convenient to Rosemary and 30a. We had a couple of issues, main one being the front door would not open/we couldn’t get it to actually unlock bc the latch was off. We ended up having to tape the hole over to be able to get in and out. There were wall AC units but they weren’t very strong and the property had put in window units to help keep it cooler, but being it was over 90 degrees outside it was never really cold in the main living area or master bathroom. The towels are in definitely in need of replacement. They were discolored, a couple had holes and looked dirty even though I could tell they had been washed. The property manager was responsive and gave us a late check out which was nice. Overall it was fine, I think the property could use a little refresh and maintenance.

Stayed Sep 30, 2022We had a great time in this property. It was very clean and nice. As it is right across the beach it was very convenient. I will surely go again, if I am visiting that part of FL.
