THE SPACE

You'll have full private access to the entire home, yard, and keyless entry—no keys to pick up or return. This home was designed for gathering, not partying. It's ideal for meaningful celebrations where the goal is reconnection, great food, and unforgettable moments with the people who matter most.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

Three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms sleep up to 12 guests across 6 beds total, with 2 full bathrooms to serve the group. Every bedroom includes blackout curtains, ceiling fan, portable fan, extra blankets, and Sonos speaker access for seamless music throughout your stay.

Primary Suite (Main Level)
Your private escape features a king bed and attached ensuite with a garden soaking tub, rainfall shower, and 65+ smart TV. A dresser, full-length mirror, wardrobe, nightstands, and accent chair create a calm retreat. Sonos speaker included.

Bedroom 2 (Second Floor)
Two queen beds make this ideal for families or pairs within your group. Smart TV, hanging chair, dresser, nightstand, and Sonos speaker create a comfortable shared space.

Bedroom 3 (Second Floor)
Maximum flexibility with a king bed, full daybed, smart TV, dresser, wardrobe, nightstands, and Sonos speaker. Great for groups who want to maximize sleeping options.

Loft Lounge (Upstairs)
This multipurpose space doubles as an additional sleeping area with a queen sleeper sofa, wet bar, mini fridge, sink, Nespresso machine, and record player connected to Sonos. Skee-ball and board games turn this into a natural hangout destination. Note: The loft receives natural daylight from nearby windows. Blackout curtains are installed, but guests sensitive to morning light may prefer one of the private bedrooms.

This fully stocked chef's kitchen has everything you need for holiday dinners, weeknight gatherings, or casual breakfasts: gas range, high-quality cookware, cooking oils and spices, rice cooker, crockpot, blender, baking essentials, plenty of serving dishes, dishwasher, and large dining area. The kitchen is designed so multiple people can cook together comfortably.

For coffee lovers, we've curated a complete coffee bar featuring a Breville espresso machine, Nespresso (in upstairs loft), Ninja drip coffee maker, pour-over setup with gooseneck kettle, French press, Keurig, and premium coffee accessories. Whether you're a third-wave coffee enthusiast or a simple drip coffee person, you're covered.

A dedicated workspace with monitor, keyboard, mouse, and comfortable desk setup is available if anyone needs to catch up on work without missing group time.

LIVING & ENTERTAINMENT

The main living room centers around a 75 OLED smart TV with immersive surround sound and an oversized genuine leather sectional—perfect for settling in together. A whole-home Sonos audio system lets your music follow you everywhere, from the kitchen to the rooftop deck.

Entertainment options include vinyl record player (connected to Sonos), skee-ball and darts, a large collection of board games, puzzles, playing cards, poker set, and a Polaroid camera for capturing memories throughout your stay. Books featuring Indiana authors are thoughtfully placed throughout the home.

Backyard Oasis
Your private fully fenced yard is set up for serious gathering and comfort: hot tub (seats 7), fire pit with firewood included, pizza oven, 36 Blackstone griddle, outdoor dining table, lounge seating, yard games, string lights, and decorative solar lights. The fenced yard is perfect for children and dogs—we provide dog bowls, treats, leash, waste bags, and a dog bed for your four-legged friends.

Free private off-street parking for up to two vehicles behind the home (accessed via alley) plus plenty of street parking out front. Pull up, park, and settle in right away. Keyless entry means zero hassle—no keys to pick up or return.

We designed this home for gatherings centered on great meals, meaningful conversations, and shared experiences. To keep the experience wonderful for all guests and respect our neighbors:

Maximum Occupancy: 12 registered guests at any time. No additional visitors or events.

Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 7 AM. Conversations should remain indoors during this time, and outdoor noise should be kept minimal.

House Philosophy: This is designed for celebrations and connection, not parties. Excessive noise, unauthorized gatherings, or behavior that disturbs neighbors is not permitted. Verified noise complaints or evidence of unauthorized parties will result in immediate reservation termination without refund.
