Infinity Pool Oasis with Golf Views at Reunion

We had our family reunion here with 24 people to celebrate multiple family events: engagements, birthdays, and graduations. We have stayed at a Reunion property before and returned expecting another wonderful experience. Regrettably, our actual experience at the property was nothing short of a complete disappointment. This property was clearly not prepared, cleaned, treated for mold, or maintained upon our arrival. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a large pool of water in the foyer and an unusable front door with a sign on it that read Do Not Open. The bedrooms on the third floor emitted a pervasive mold odor, rendering them unusable for the entire duration of our stay. As a result, the children who were supposed to enjoy the lucky kids bunk beds (mentioned in the home description) had to make do with sleeping on sofas or chairs. The pool water level dropped significantly, rendering it unfit for use. Despite multiple calls and several hours of waiting, the issue was not promptly addressed. The HVAC did not work properly leaving some rooms overheated and others very cold. Multiple appliances did not work: dishwasher, freezer door, TV's in the gym, the arcade, and the list goes on. We had to call maintenance daily. No one from management ever spoke to us in person despite multiple requests. They did not care about our experience. Bottom line - do not stay here!

We have a very large family and rent a lot of high-end rentals for vacation instead of hotels. This one by far exceeded our expectations and the pictures do it no justice whatsoever. When you walk in you are more amazed at every step you take. The architect, the ownership ,and management were and are geniuses on the house!! I recommend to everyone.

Really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, spacious home. Couple things, don’t miss garbage day. I do wish it came everyday, being people are there with big families and garbage is frequent, resulting in overflow. I did like the quick responsiveness of the property managers and this home was just absolutely stunning. One thing that was quite annoying is the door alarm near the pool area. You have to push a disalarm button every time you want to go out in the pool area, but overall I’d highly recommend this property!

This property was great for our team for our spring break trip. We had 28 people travelling and it felt comfortable and everyone had a room with an attached bathroom which was the main reason we booked for our team! The movie room was great for our large group to watch film with the set up and the pool was a hit our entire stay!

Planned this trip for almost a year. Overall accommodation met our criteria. However, after paying premium holiday pricing we were disappointed in general maintenance of property overall. Home had several housekeeping issues which were never fully addressed during our stay. If owner is offering this as a premier property and collecting premier rental amount this property is not recommended. We were determined not to ‘spoil’ our holiday and made do with less than premier accommodations. Very disappointed and will not be recommending to others.

Great kitchen and pool area

Beautiful place. The only problem was the chair in the theater room did not recline.

We arrived on Monday to find a very dirty home and no cable TVs working. We called and reported the problem. Someone was sent to our home to inspect and take pictures. We never got working TVs the whole week and the cleaning ladies came out Wednesday. We told them we had already bought some cleaning supplies and cleaned the home and asked if they could come another day to clean since we were having a birthday party that day and I never heard from them again. I’ve called everyday and it seems property manager is too busy to call me. Someone finally came out Friday afternoon to look at the Cable boxes but at that time what was the point. We had to leave Sunday morning. Still waiting to hear back from a property manager. Very disappointing. I wonder if the owner knows that their house is not being well kept.

The property met or surpassed all our expectations. The house was in great shape on arrival (you never know when doing a property rental). The kitchen was amply stocked and even featured a keurig as well as chaffing racks for large group catering for dinner service. Pool was well maintained and in good working order with heat supplied as we booked. Basically all the concerns we had heading in being a first time renter never came to pass. The resort is nice and a fantastic location for accessing the Disney complex of parks. There are two Publix shopping complexes in easy drive from this location and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property and villa resort to other large groups. Perfect for a family reunion. The only negative I have to say is this property owner is not a member of the HOA and this, we didn’t have access to the mini waterpark which is a well advertised amentiy to this resort (and looks fantastic). While we were informed prior to our stay, I don’t think this disclosure is well publicized and to a large family with young kids like our own, it could be ruinous to a vacation. We made do without.
