Property was beautiful although when I booked, I thought I was booking a property with one room with bunk beds. this property did not have this so all the children could not stay together. One bathtub was not clean but overall the property was very clean. The biggest problem we had was setting up the televisions which we never got right. Pages of instruction to do so and Most people do not have that kind of AV experience or want to spending a vacation trying to figure out a system. If system stays someone needs to make sure it is set up properly for guests to just turn on and select program. Additionally, it would be great to have a Keurig Coffee maker as people rise at different times and there was a lot of wasting of burnt coffee. Other than these couple of things, I would recommend this property. Beautiful home, kitchen has everything to cook gourmet meals if so inclined and decorated for the beach ambiance. Two Master bedrooms definitely a plus and wish the third bedroom had the bunks for our three kids. Well located and could enjoy many beaches.

We decided VRBO property was higher quality and had resort quality amenities compared to hotel. You will not be disappointed..

Beautiful house, well-kept and clean. Lots of beach chairs, beach toys, beach cruiser bikes, games, puzzles, and books for kids & adults. Large space on main floor and a beautiful, well-appointed kitchen. Loved the three porches and porch swing. Beautiful community with a great pool and gym. Only thing, and it’s not really a criticism, is plan to stop at the nearby Walmart. We’ve rented numerous homes over the years and most had things left from other renters like salt and pepper, coffee filters and sometimes laundry detergent, this house does not have anything except 1 extra roll of paper towel and 1 extra roll of toilet paper per bathroom. They are extra light bulbs, which came in handy for one lamp but no extra AA batteries for the TV remotes, only one of them worked! We stayed 7 nights and brought basics like shampoo, conditioner, and spices L but I didn’t think about coffee filters. I improvised with a paper towel our first morning until I went to Walmart again the next day for a special trip. There’s one small tube of shampoo, conditioner, and a small bar of soap in each bathroom. Again, not deal breakers but helpful to know. This is a nice, private neighborhood and it’s our second time staying in a rental here. Great location and a nice bike ride, or walk if you like walking, to the beach. Three Brothers BBQ and Kith + Kin Coffee are within an easy bike ride away and both are good. Thanks for a great stay.

This is our 9th year going to the same location. WE have family who lives here on Cypress Dunes and we love coming here in the summer and spend quality time with them at a very peaceful place, our kids love it here as well. This is the third different house we have rented in all of our years coming to SRB and as all of them, we were not disappointed. House is beautiful, communication was great, check in and check out was easy and without complications. Complex is consistent with rules and we love that they care about their place and keep some strict rules that makes the place better. We love it here and we wish we could stay two weeks, maybe in the future. Our kids love it here and they look forward every year to come back and spend time on the pool, playing tennis, playing soccer at the grassy area, going to the beach, working out, biking or just visiting Sea Side. Beautiful place and beautiful house...We will come back for sure, God willing! The Fajardo's family!

Loved the house and location.

We really enjoyed the home and it was a perfect set up for us. Our daughter was married at the clubhouse and our location within the neighborhood was ideal. There are a couple maintenance issues that should be addressed, but they did not effect our stay. A very lovely home!

Great location. We enjoyed proximity to topsail park, 30A and Destin. Good set up that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The stay could have been better if host provided a few necessities other than just starters for toilet paper, dish soap/dishwasher soap, trash bags especially since we were staying for 6 days. We enjoyed using the chairs, umbrellas and beach toys for our visit to the beach. Also management checked on the property several times during our stay which was unusual.

We had a wonderful stay and great vacation. This is the perfect location. Just right off the hustle and bustle of Destin and at the start of 30A. The house was the perfect amount of rooms for what we needed. Loved the balcony with the swing bed. We did miss having the pool floats that were shown in the picture so be sure to bring your own. The pool was fabulous as well as the hot tub. We wish there was direct access to the beach but we ended up at the beautiful Top Sail State Park. That is one you just can't miss. The most gorgeous beach. We also loved getting to see the family of deer walk the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again. This is a beautiful home, thanks for sharing it.

Overall a wonderful property in a fantastic neighborhood. Would highly recommend. House is stocked including some beach chairs and umbrellas, thanks! Few housekeeping issues reported to management company who replied promptly but we deferred having them addressed until after we left. Overall, a great place to enjoy 30A!
