Convenient location close to Branson without all the traffic. Very well kept house that has obviously been updated recently to make it comfortable and modern. Rooms are very nice sized; however 2 of the bedrooms are walk-thru and not private. It wasn't an issue for our family though. The deck and outdoor space has been made into a wonderful hang out spot. We would stay again for sure!

Host was great at communicating. This small four bedroom house worked well for what we needed. Looks like the owner is working on some upgrades and improvements.

The setup of the house was a little odd, like two houses had been put together. The first room is a dining room but to get to the living room, you had to walk through 2 bedrooms. The roof was covered by tarps, there was junk in the yard, and a small portion of the ceiling in the dining room is loose and will fall soon if not repaired.The location was great.

Very nice house. Nice secluded area. Gorcery store right across street for those missed things.

This house was the perfect spot for a quick family getaway to Branson. Clean, comfortable, and close to the main attractions, we would stay here again if in the area.

Negatives: Property needs lots of upkeepAirconditioning was NOT workingYard was over grown and not well keptCleanliness was subpar, nessesary places were clean but windows corners cobwebs were not cleanKitchen was not stocked well, had missing nessesary items to function like rags, 1 oven mitt, spatulas, outdoor kitchen and grill were unusable and one had a nest in it, nothing to clean the grillBugs were bad- ants, cockroaches, 3 recluse spiders and ticks. Place needs quite some maintenance before it is stayed in again!

The house is in a good location and owner was very accommodating. I do think it needs to be known that the house is an older home without hallways, so you do have to pass through bedrooms to get from one end to the other.

The property is a little run down. Tarps on the roof and the yard is junked up. The house was okay but needs work.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. We loved the location. The massage chair was great after a long day at silver dollar city.

This place does not match pics AT ALL. Dark, dirty, mold on curtains in sitting room. Mouse droppings, bunk bed stuck in closet. Had to go thru bedrooms to get to the sitting room which, doors blocked plus paddle lock on outside. No way out if emergency. Back deck- was not useable. Trash and live traps. Tarps on roof, abandoned car and boat in side yard. Not convenient to Walmart or fast food as posted. Would NOT recommend!!!

Awesome for people with problems with stairs. House is clean, beds are good, we totally enjoyed the house, the area and location is great. Plan on staying again next year

This was a great place to stay. We had 5 adults and had ample room. Nice and peaceful. Back deck and outdoor kitchen were very nice. Convenient to all of Brandon’s attractions. I will stay here again. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Definitely disappointed in our stay here. We reached out to the owner to share our frustration and got no response from them. The pictures listed show the house clean and new but it was different in person. The bunkbed had a deflated, blow-up instead of a real mattress, the other was a terrible stiff/hard mattress. Dust was all over the low hanging fans over the beds. The pillows were old, one of beds had hairs on the inner sheets, another comforter was old and stained and different from the pictures. It just didn’t feel as clean as it should be. The patio had old leaves all over the floor and on all the chairs, tables had not been wiped down. Again, messy, not inviting and not like the pictures advertised.

it was very convent to a store shop store like Wal-Mart and fast-food places. It is a great place to Stay.

Did not like having to go through the 2 bedrooms to get to the living room

Our travel basketball team stayed here for a tournament. The owner was very kind. The home was spacious and comfortable. Towels, tp and lots of other supplies were surprisingly stocked to the max! Extra bedding was so helpful. We loved grilling out and using the outdoor space! Thanks for having us!

Good little place to stay. Super close to everything. Clean place. Worth the money. Two bed rooms are walk through to the rest kf the house. A little adjustment there but we was able to just walk one door and in the next door. Nice owners.

Such a cute cozy stay with family, very roomy great for a little relaxation. A home away from home...Plenty to do; close to everything. Everything was clean as listed. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay. Close to downtown Branson yet private, quiet and surrounded by trees. The beds were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was large and had plenty of dining space. The living room is spacious.

This was the perfect home away from home!! Every one from the littles to the Granda had a great time here. The home was close to all the attractions and with the Dollar Store and Grocery Store right across the street it was so convenient. Would stay here again and for sure recommend to others!!
