Floor-by-Floor Description

1st Floor: The heart of the home features an open layout including a full kitchen and a comfortable dining area. The Primary Suite is located on this level for easy accessibility, featuring a king bed and a private en-suite bathroom.

2nd Floor: The upper level is designed for guest comfort, featuring a loft-style lounging and gaming area perfect for relaxation. This floor houses three additional guest bedrooms: one queen room, a second queen room, and a large guest room featuring a pyramid bunk and an additional queen bed.

During your vacation you'll have access to a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course (extra fees apply), Signatures restaurant, beach shuttle, outdoor pools with a kid's splash zone, snack bar, a heated 5-lane indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, saunas, tennis courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball courts, pier fishing and crabbing, stocked-pond fishing, kayaking & standup paddleboarding, and nature trails. And that's not even all of it!

The Bayside Community is also a proud neighbor of the award-winning Freeman Arts Pavilion, an outdoor entertainment venue known 'round the coast for its premier concerts and family events. Just down the road you'll enjoy some of the Eastern Shore'ss most famous dining establishments, whether you're looking for a crab bloody from the Crabcake Factory, Harpoon Hannahs popular happy hour, or to enjoy the fine dining at Catch 54.

Located only 5 miles from the Fenwick Island Beach and less than 10 miles from the Bethany Beach Boardwalk - and with Ocean City, MD right around the corner - Bayside provides a level of luxury, peace, convenience, and comfort that cannot be found anywhere else.

Amenity passes are available for an additional charge that is the prevailing rate per person for 7 consecutive days, or per person for 3 consecutive days (May 16 thru Sep 22); off-season rates a per person for 7 consecutive days, or 3 consecutive days are available as well (Sep 23 thru May 15). THERE ARE NO DAILY PASSES. If passes are purchased or modified 14 days or less prior to arrival, there is an additional fee of $5 per pass. Children 4 and under who are accompanied by an adult with a valid pass will be admitted to amenities at no charge. Amenity Fees are charged by the Bayside Community HOA; 1st Choice Properties does not set or control prices and therefore they are non-negotiable. 1st Choice Properties collects the fees on behalf of the HOA but is not involved in the operation of, or responsible for, the Bayside Amenities. There will be no refunds issued for unused, lost, or stolen passes. Resort passes can be picked up from the Health & Aquatic Club during business hours (7AM to 7PM).

Golf privileges are available at an additional cost. Contact Bayside directly to reserve tee times. Per Bayside HOA Rules, renters are only permitted to use golf carts on the golf course; use throughout the residential roads and sidewalks of the community is not permitted.

LINEN PACKAGE

1st Choice Properties provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for all guests; kitchen towels and bathmats for all full bathrooms. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.

STARTER KIT

1st Choice Properties also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) 13gal kitchen trash bags. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
-Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from 1st Choice Properties is considered unlawful trespassing. 1st Choice Properties will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it.

DELAWARE SHORT-TERM RENTAL TAX
Delaware has imposed a short-term rental lodging tax at the rate of 4.5% of the rent upon every occupancy of a short-term rental within the State. This new tax went into effect on January 1, 2025. The tax applies to all short-term rentals in Delaware, including those listed on platforms like Airbnb and VRBO.

    This property was beautiful and spotless. It had everything and more for kitchen use. Lots of games, toys and books for the little ones. The back porch is so enjoyable and peaceful.

    This house had everything that we could possibly ever want or need while on vacation. We have three boys ages 7,9 and 10 months. It accommodates our sleeping arrangements perfectly with the bunk beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans and serving dishes to cook for my family. The decor and furniture felt like home. It was a heat wave temperatures at 95-100 everyday so the pool was a godsend. The staff was friendly, clean facilities and the parking wasn’t bad for our big F250 truck. We would absolutely stay here again and thank you to the property management for the great and organized communication.

    We really enjoyed our stay at Blue Indigo. The house well beach themed and well decorated. It was so clean and dust free. We enjoyed the amenities at the club house and the community. The myrtle trees are gorgeous. The garage had all the equipment for biking, fishing, beaching, relaxing. I wish the bathrooms had soft close seats otherwise everything was great.

    When we entered the house, we all gasped at its perfection! It was so welcoming…and the cleanliness was beyond perfect. As far as the house is concerned, the only thing I wish was that the screen door was not torn…it was hard to fully enjoy the porch. The location of the house was very centralized…we found restaurants and activities and beaches with no problem. I hope we can come back some day. Thank you so much…?

    The house was amazing, clean and a location perfect for what we wanted. Family with young kids it had everything we wanted for relaxing and fun time! The community has tons of amenities that we used. The pool was a bonus after nap time instead of traveling back to the beach (15 min drive). We loved that we were away from the hustle and bustle of OC but close enough to drive and still enjoy if we wanted. Neighborhood was excellent for fishing and nightly walks. Communication was excellent with the rental agency. We even extended our trip! Definitely will be back!
