The house was just as expected and the owner Michael was very accommodating to a couple special requests we had and was also available via text the entire trip within about a 15 min timeframe.

The house was in walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops and South Beach.

This home is amazing and the perfect set-up for a week in South Haven. This is the second time I've stayed here and each time the host (Michael) has been exceptional, the property clean, and our time in the home relaxing. The kitchen and the layout are the huge pluses. You could cook Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen! It is big, well laid out, and all necessary cooking equipment is present. The downstairs bathroom keeps visitors out of the upstairs sleeping areas. This is an amazing home! From start to finish, our trip was exactly what we have been planning.

Michael was an excellent host and communicator! The house was in a perfect location for us to walk wherever we wanted to go! We enjoyed the outdoor patio in the evening and loved the large table in the dining room where we had our coffee each morning and planned our day! Highly recommend this location any time of the year! Very clean and spacious- made lots of memories and had tons of laughs in this beautiful home!

The property was in a fantastic location—just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy to come and go throughout the day. The house itself was very spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out and relax without feeling crowded. Having four bathrooms was a huge plus, as it meant that everyone could enjoy the comfort and convenience of having their own space. The kitchen was also very well stocked with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was the perfect setup for a comfortable and stress-free getaway.

My 11 friends and I stayed for a weekend and it was amazing! The house is exactly as described and big enough to comfortably house and sleep 12 adults. The bathrooms are plentiful and the kitchen and living room were large enough to fit everyone at once. The kitchen had everything we needed and the living room couch was also super comfortable. The location is also perfect, and walking distance to downtown and the beach. I only wish we could’ve stayed longer! The only minor gripe was that the beds were kind of uncomfortable, but that was more than balanced out by how amazing the property is overall. All in all, stay here, you won’t regret it!

The house was perfect for our needs. Five bedrooms and four full bathrooms made living easy. The kitchen is fabulous. We cooked every meal and gathered for games in this generous space.

Perfect location in the heart of South Haven, short walk to the water, downtown shops, restaurants, farmers’ market. The owner was very responsive, clearly committed to his guests’ needs—he was truly outstanding. The home itself worked very well for our group of seven. It combines historic charm with modern updates and amenities. Would highly recommend it.
