Incredible water views looking over the Gippsland Lakes

Very comfortable facilities and great location. A couple of minor issues were quickly resolved

Our extended family needed a large house to stay in. This house fitted our needs and more! I was disappointed we didn't have more time just to relax in the house! Overlooking the lakes, watching the birds and boats go by, and people walking by - what a great way to relax.

We pick up the keys in the afternoon. Just guven the keys and no instructions or how anything works. We get to the property about 10.30pm after the function we had to attend. Opennthe front door and an alarm goes in trip mode. We look at each other as we were not told there was an alarm and we were not given any codes. So we woke the neighbourhood up in the middle of the night. Very embarrassing. There was no codes on the emails we had and also no after hours number to contact. After the alarm went through two cycles ( just to make sue all of the houses around us were awake. Someone shut if off remotely. Not a good experience.

It’s a brand new home with incredible views and we immediately felt relaxed sitting on the front porch looking at the water. Our kids loved the freedom of wondering down to the swans each morning and trying their luck at fishing in the evening.The only negative for us was that we booked thinking the house came with a mooring, when we found out that wasn’t the case it was too late to book something else. If the issue with the mooring could be figured out the house would be perfect. The house is very well equipped and very comfortable to stay in. We would book again if coming back to this area.

There are swans and pelicans, my children loved watching them. We spent a dayout in the raymond island, which is so close to this place. The house has everything we need to stay in, as the day was rainy, and windy. Loved the place. Looking forward to stay again.

Fantastic stay. Near the water, enjoyed kayaking every day.
