Incredible Old Las Palmas location, a 4000 Sq Ft Beautiful home

The property was spotless and stocked with everything we needed. Fred was very nice and helpful too! Would highly recommend this house.

We had a great time and enjoyed our day. Everything was perfect. Katy and Fred were great in communicating. The house offered everything we wanted, very well equipped TV.

If VRBO ever needs the PERFECT rental from which all others rentals should be measured, this house is IT!!! Literally and completely PERFECT!! Location, layout, amenities, furnishings, price, accessibility, comfort, ease of check in/use/check out and host communication. Everything was exactly as advertised and we didn’t want to leave. Truly could not have asked for a more ideal getaway… even a flat tire could not darken this amazing vacation! We will definitely be back and want to thank Katy and Fred for makng this incredible property available for the quintessential Palm Springs experience!!

House was as advertised. It is in a great neighborhood that was very enjoyable to walk. Close to everything in downtown Palm Springs. Outside area with BBQ and TV was a great bonus.

Our family had a great experience renting this home for spring break. It's in a quiet, lovely neighborhood close to downtown restaurants and shops. The house is spacious with bedrooms spread throughout the home. Each bedroom has a private bathroom which was also very convenient. Listing and information provided on site was accurate and helpful. Kitchen was well equipped as well as the backyard pool area games/toys for kids. The outdoor area is private and quite large. The property manager was very responsive when we reached out with questions. We loved our stay and would highly recommend to other families looking for rent in Palm Springs.

Fantastic rental in a premier Palm Springs neighborhood. Fred, the property manager was awesome. He was incredibly responsive and very friendly. The heated pool was lovely. We also enjoyed the well appointed BBQ area and just relaxing in the many comfortable and well located outdoor seating areas. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could possibly need. The beds are very comfortable and everything was very clean throughout. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this vacation rental. We plan to book again.

The place is very comfortable. Plenty of space. Loved seeing the mountains and the quiet upscale neighborhood. All communication was very quick and clear.

Wonderful stay! House was perfect for my spouse’s reunion with his siblings. Each bedroom was comfortable and private, and having its own bathroom was a big win! Common areas were spacious and inviting. Host was very responsive and friendly. Area was perfect to walk, and view from sitting at the foot of the mountains was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with the heated pool and hot tub - a big plus for our escape from the cold weather gathering. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We certainly hope to return next winter.

This was an incredible stay! Everyone was in love with the home, the style, the pool/amenities, and the overall communication with our host. I would stay here everytime I'm in Palm Springs, we did not want to leave

House was incredible! Perfect for our group of 8 (4 adults and 4 teens). Great location, close to downtown and stores. Fred the property manager was top notch and handled an issue we had immediately. Would highly recommend and would absolutely stay again.

The bathroom needs new towels. Some are too worn. The clear plastic glasses could be replaced. Loved the double washer dryers. It made washing the towels easy.

We recently stayed at the Old Las Palmas property and had an amazing time. The property was perfect for our size group - we're celebrating my daughter's high school graduation with a few of her friends. The bedrooms were well appointed and house well stocked with everything needed. There were pool toys and games and the backyard patio, bbq, pool and hot tub were all great. Fred the property manager was extremely helpful and available. The check-in directions were perfect and helpful book in the house for all instructions were great. We had an amazing time and would recommend this house.

We stayed with a group of friends who all raved about how amazing the property was. The open layout accommodated 8 of us perfectly. The jacuzzi was amazing after a long day. This stay exceeded all of our expectations and was definitely worth what we paid. Also Fred the property manager was super accessible and willing to answer any questions we had.

Beautiful home, accurate to listing and my family had a wonderful time! Spacious enough to give each of us privacy but plenty of common space to gather. Heated pool and spa were the highlights, and we even used the outdoor kitchen to make smores one evening. Comfy beds, plenty of amenities i.e. laundry detergent, tp, paper towels and coffee filters. Upscale, safe neighborhood, close to hiking, restaurants and downtown. My family is anxious to book again!

Plus: The location is fantastic! Beautiful neighborhood close to walking/hiking trails, easy walk into downtown, and many historic homes in this Old Las Palmas neighborhood! Less than plus; Two bathrooms need really need TLC. Some upholstery is tired. More dishes etc needed if more than 8 people. Overall: Outdoor spaces were wonderful (pool pump is loud and runs frequently), we didn’t eat inside once! Pool was refreshing for our 80 temps. Bedrooms spacious with two of them opening directly to pool area. Kitchen well equipped for most any cooking adventure. Indoor spaces looked accommodating - we just stayed outdoors all the time! We would stay here again.

We were fine here but found the property very outdated. The sunken living room was of concern that one of us would trip,. Loved the four bedrooms met our needs perfectly but the bathrooms ( which we were so grateful to have) really need updating! Let us know if any updating occurs and we would definitely rent again! Loved the location and its peaceful environment!

We found the property adequately equipped. The kitchen had enough equipment to be very useful. Site property manager was very helpful getting us set up and moved in. All the equipment like Pool, Spa, Heating system etc. was easy to operate and operational. Nice to have double washer and dryers in Laundry Room. We had no issues and would come back again.

The location was ideal for our family. You could walk to restaurants about .7 miles. Very nice neighborhood to walk with our dog. The house was very spacious and clean. Kitchen well appointed. Nice outdoor area. Fred was terrific and super responsive.

Planned a surprise 50th birthday weekend for my husband. This house was perfect for 4 couples. Easy check in, great location. Super spacious. Loved the outdoor space. Communication with both the property manager and owner was quick and pleasant. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable house, had everything we needed to relax and hang out with our friends in Palm Springs. Absolutely lovely neighborhood. We cooked a couple of meals at the house and the kitchen was stocked with all we needed to cook. Pool was heated so that was a plus!

What great place for 4 couples. So much space and choices to watch TV, play games, swim, eat. Loved it. Very quiet street. Highly recommended.

The property was nice. We had 7 people staying and we the bedrooms worked well for everyone. It was extremely hot so the pool was absolutely fabulous. The location and area was very nice. I would recommend this place to other people
