We had a great time in cabin. They have everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Very roomie and accommodating to a large family. The older folks found the stairs to be a little challenging and a random bee in one of the rooms stung a friend. It was otherwise a very nice stay.

There were plenty of recreational games downstairs, and sports equipment for the lawn as well as a playground. We could eat indoors and outdoors. It is nestled in a peaceful environment, away from neighborhoods, and sitting outside, we could hear the evergreens whispering in the breeze. We would like to return someday.

Facilities were still great with multiple rooms for playing and sleeping. Sauna and hot tub worked great, and never ran out of hot water. We like this place because the kitchen, dining, living room, and upstairs den all flow into each other allowing a great family atmosphere. The snow hill did not disappoint and we were worn out from sledding. Driveway well cleared of snow. One large frig in the kitchen, one in the garage and a smaller one downstairs with lots of places to store food. The only negative is that 6 of the 11 beds are in a downstairs room together. It worked out well for us for all the middle-age boys slept down there, but you can rearrange matrasses to keep the very little ones close to mom and dad. If you are staying longer than 3 nights you should consider bringing up some additional TP (suitable for septic systems). If you need to use the guest cottage, it is very well laid out and comfortable except for needing to go outside to access - we rent in the winter so it can be a hassle. Overall, love staying here and will do again.

Reviewer Comments: This house plus the guest house over the garage are large enough to fit our Thanksgiving group. The website description and large number of pictures are great and make it easy to let our group know what to expect. The house is nicely appointed but not so nicely appointed that we feel anxious about staying there. There is plenty of kitchen equipment in the main house, especially after we left a bunch of ours there :(. Appreciate that there is ample cleaning equipment so that we can easily leave the place fairly clean. The property management company is quite responsive, though we received several conflicting messages about garbage. There is great walking and running right from the house - the alpaca farm was especially fun. There were a few maintenance issues, but none that required a response on a holiday. The guest house did not have enough kitchen/dining equipment - would not be possible to cook or eat a meal there. Wish that there had been some firewood available. The price increased by 25% over last year - I doubt we will choose this property again if the price increases any more. It's also annoying that there is a 4 night minimum over Thanksgiving. Our group only needs 3 nights.

Great place to get togather with large group. Plenty of rooms. Games/activities for everyone. If you have little ones then you will have to bring your own toys. Not much toys for the little guys. Plenty of TV's for everyone to watch their own thing. Overall we enjoyed our stay with 29 people including kids.

Great facility, location and set-up.

We had a great time & everyone was thrilled with our accommodations! Just a couple little glitches: the air conditioner was off in the guest cabin, so it took about 6 hours for that to cool off, but then we were fine. Also, the sink in the master bedroom of the main house was leaking but my uncle was able to fix it. And the toilet on the mail floor between the two bedrooms would run every few minutes for about 15 seconds, we adjusted it some & it helped but it still ran a little even when not in use. Anyway, you may want to check all the toilets to be sure they are working properly & not wasting your water & electricity. :) Thanks for a great experience!!!!

Loved the home and the yard. We had plenty of room for 30 of us and loved the beautiful home and area.
