Stayed Jun 5, 2026The place was right next to the main street. Very easy to walk around and park. The place was as described- studio with full amenities and hot tub. However the place was not sound proof so we heard the people next door when they came in at 1am. The bed was very squeaky and uncomfortable. The bedding and pillows looked and felt dirty. We did reach out to the host a couple of times and did not hear back.

Stayed Apr 24, 2026This was the perfect rental for a weekend get away! Very clean, great location were we could walk to shops and restaurants, private outdoor area with clean hot tub, comfortable bed and fluffy towels. This was our third trip to Fredericksburg and our favorite rental so far!

Stayed Feb 20, 2026Super clean location and everything was about as perfect as it comes. Hot tub was great and the shower was super nice. Location to Main Street was a huge plus and dinner at Martini’s was a 2 minute walk. Wife and I loved it.

Our concerns were that 1) the hot tub had an assisted opening device that was broken 2) the curtain rod was broken. 3( the sunshade was broken. 4) the tv remotes were hard to find and had no batteries installed nor were there any onsite
