IN TOWN Modern Townhouse! Steps from Coonskin Ski Lift + Downtown Telluride

The stay was great and property clean, the only thing I’d say negatively is all the stairs you have to climb for this Tri-level condo.

Loved the condo, great location

We had a wonderful time in Telluride! Our stay at Leslie’s and Nicole’s place was comfortable and everything went smoothly during our stay. From comfy beds to extra towels and a nicely stocked kitchen, it felt like home. The location was great, easy access to everything and the area was quiet at night which was great for sleeping at the end of a long day. We would definitely stay there again!

Steps from a shuttle stop and a 10-minute walk to the gondola! Parking was easy. Bathtub did not work. Top bedroom is open (no door) and has a skylight - so it gets very bright at sunrise and there's not much privacy!

Our third stay and as expected it was a great stay. Home is clean, well stocked (bathrooms, kitchen, etc), comfortable beds. Great view from the patio, walking distance to everything. Hosts are great at communication. Highly recommend! Thanks for another amazing stay.

A nice walk from town park or jump on the Goose—

Telluride was great reminded us of Galena, IL close to our home. Small quaint atmosphere. The Allred restaurant was great. The condo was clean and well supplied with what we needed. Would recommend it to anyone that is planning a trip to Telluride. is wanting to stay in

We had a fantastic time in this townhouse. The walk to the Coonskin lift was very easy and practically across the street and the townhouse had everything we needed. Easy to walk into town and the gondola as well. Everything was nice, the boot warmer was a great touch too. No complaints, would highly recommend staying here and wil be sure to stay here when we're back in telluride.

This property is adorable, clean, has a well stocked kitchen and coffee bar. There are many special touches to ensure comfort. The beds are very comfortable, with nice white clean sheets and extra blankets. I’m not a fan of feather pillows, so I wish there were a few options, but not a big deal. The view from the back of the townhouse and upstairs bedroom are fantastic. Highly recommend!

Good, clean property in a great location. No issues with anything

We loved our stay here! Super clean and nice place, right across the street from Lift 7. A short 10-15 minute walk to the gondola. Great view from the porch. Would recommend! Our group had 2 couples, which was perfect for the space

It starts with the owners, these are some amazing folks. I swear they were answering my question(s) before I finished sending them a note. They really care about your stay in their property. It is perfectly furnished and it is the one spot we try and and stay at when we visit Telluride. The location is such that everything you could possible want is within easy walking distance. I am so happy that we found this place to stay at while snowboarding in Telluride.

This is our second time staying at Leslie and Nicole's townhouse and we booked our third before leaving. The setup is perfect for small groups, especially if your primary reason for visiting is skiing. The location could not be more convenient or easy to find, and is walkable to everything you want to be close to in Telluride. The kitchen is set up with everything you need, the bedrooms are comfortable, and the hosts have thought through all the details you want and need when visiting Telluride.

This townhouse had just what we needed and was perfect for our group or 4 and can’t beat the location for a ski trip. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The property location is perfect, within walking distance of restaurants, hiking trails and the free gondola to Mountain Village. The property was very clean and well stocked with everything that a family would need. The owners were great, and the reservation and check-in process was well organized. We would strongly recommend the property to others.

Great place, loved the location right next to the river path. There was an issue when we arrived and the hosts were quick to rectify the situation and were overly generous in making things right. Knowing what amazing hosts they are, I would definitely book again if we’re ever back in Telluride. Thank you so much for everything!

The property is very clean and well-equipped (hair dryer, clothes drying rack laundry detergent, humidifier, fans, etc.— everything you could need). Beds are extremely comfortable. Hosts are great with communication. Can’t wait to be back next summer!

Loved your condo and its location. It was hard to find the correct building, numbers on front would have been helpful. We were also a little disappointed that we could not readily recycle materials. Perhaps a recycle dispenser next to Plunge trash? Otherwise it was great! Thank you!
