In The Oaks

The property was clean and had everything we needed…. Very convenient to kings canyon/sequoia national parks. The host was great - provided local info / great communication. Would definitely stay there again!

The communication about our stay was outstanding! We had all the info we needed about the rental and the area well in advance. We were treated to complementary wine and snacks. Very thoughtful! There is a guest sign-in book for renters to leave notes about what they enjoyed in the area during their stay if you need ideas. Recommend!

Very nice property and comfortable bedrooms and living area. Host is communicates well and very Welcoming. Just 2 miles From Sequioa entrance.

It is much better than the pics! The place is spotless and cozy with delightful treats. We got beautiful star night and mountain view, I would like to stay there for a week if I had time. Highly recommend!

In the Oaks was a perfect location for us to be just outside the park and accessible to stores and restaurants. Mark the property mgr was very attentive and replied quickly to any inquiry. We would love to stay here again! Beds were comfortable, house was clean, basic needs provided, kitchen was well appointed and views and the grounds are great. We had a few deer that kept visiting us in the morning. I’m sure wanting scraps but we loved just watching roam around.

This home is perfectly located for sequoia and kings canyon national parks. Plenty of room for 5 adults.

We had a terrific stay! The property was very clean and well-stocked and close to the Foothills Visitor Center at the NP. Plenty of parking in the driveway. The deck out front was a beautiful spot for coffee in the morning and we grilled and had dinner on the patio out back later in the evening after spending the day in the parks. Mark provided helpful information and recommendations for our stay. His communication was always quick and friendly. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it highly to everyone.

We enjoyed our stay at Mark's rental. Very clean and well equipped for travelers with nice snacks and wine as a welcome. The view of the mountains was very nice and the location was peaceful. It was a perfect location for spending a couple days in Sequoia National Park. Three Rivers is a peaceful little town with great food! We enjoyed dinners at the Buckaroo and The Gateway Lodge, both overlooking the Kaweah River. We also enjoyed The Totem Market and Gift Shop as well as Reimer’s Candy & Gifts for sweet treats. This property was perfect for our three day stay. It is only 15 min from the park. We arrived late at night and it was so easy to find even without gps. It is totally secluded but still very close to three sisters to eat & get ice cream and do some groceries. The house was very clean and equipped with everything. The view was is beautiful. Definitely recommend .

We stayed at In The Oaks as a base to explore Kings Canyon and Sequoia NP. It was the perfect starting point for our time in the parks. The house was immaculate, with great amenities - washer/dryer, well stocked kitchen, etc. We especially enjoyed the view from the front porch. .

Overall everything was perfect on our visit. Lots of room amenities and comfortable dwelling.

Our family of 5 enjoyed staying here enormously. It’s perfectly located for Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. Just stunning. We were sad to leave and wished we had stayed longer.

Was a place to rest as we explored Sequoia NP. Great location with easy access to the park. Home was inviting and comfortable. Would easily be a place to stay for longer periods and Three Rivers was a interesting place to visit

This was a wonderful house for our family to stay. It was very clean and neat. The views were beautiful. It is very close to Sequoia National Park so spending the day in the park was easy. We would stay here again.
