In the historical center of Noto renovated ancient house with wonderful view and many comfort

Spacious, clean, no frills property, a few blocks from the pedestrian area. Host was easy to communicate with in advance of the trip - we booked both sides. While the apartment does have AC, please note that it is only in the bedrooms - the kitchens/living areas remain very warm. Amazing view from the apartment - and possible to find street parking nearby. We lost water for 12 hours - which was unfortunate.

We felt right at home in this spacious, well-equipped space. The views were lovely and we enjoyed getting our exercise walking up and down the roads of this stunning village! Thank you as well for the restaurant suggestions and for your availability.

We really enjoy our Noto visit and and felt that this apartment was perfect for a couple. It was nice to have a living area separate from the bedroom. Kitchen was well equipped. And the location was excellent. Noto was charming. Be aware that there are two flights of steps to reach the apartment.

Beautiful apartment! Heat, hot water, great water pressure. Wonderful host. Apartment comes with shampoo, water, a bottle of wine, cake, and a spectacular view. Owner was very attentive. Easy walk to the sites and restaurants. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Customer service is great. Light touch management with a warm welcome from Livia and her husband. Sunday arrival and departure not a problem. Restaurants are open Sunday evening, as are the shops. Communication prompt and accurate. Property description accurate. Light, airy, clean and two streets above the centre of Noto. For two couples travelling together this is the ideal solution. Livia has two adjacent apartments which have a communal entry. We rented both concurrently for a week. Everything you need for self catering is to hand. Everything works. We would happily return for more and will recommend to friends.

We had a very nice stay in the flat in Noto. The flat was centrally located, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. It was easy to park in the streets nearby and Noto is well located for trips to Syracuse, Ragusa, Catania etc. Thank you, Livia.

We had a wonderful time in Noto. The apartment has a beautiful view on the historical center of Noto and the sea. All attractions, great restaurants, cafes and shops are within walking distance. Livia was wonderful and helpful, giving us all useful information and recommendations. The apartment is very clean, nicely furnished and spacious. The apartment is as well very good located to explore the beautiful landscape and seaside around Noto. Together with our children we really enjoyed visiting Noto.

Lovely accommodation in the old town, with great view to the sea. Within easy walk to all attractions, restaurants, cafes, shops. The house was spacious and very clean. Livia was wonderful providing us the great recommendations, advice and help. Really enjoyed our Easter in Noto and especially the hospitality shown by Livia and her family for the Good Friday procession, which made our stay very special.

The house is very big and confortable, with everything you need to cook and clean. We never had problems with parking the car nearby, and Noto has the best cafe' in the area (5 min. walking from the house)! It was very silent during the night, as it is located in the upper town, and quite fresh despite the very hot summer. The owner is very nice and friendly.
