The kitchen has also been expanded and redesigned, featuring an open flow into the new living space, creating a cohesive layout ideal for gathering, dining, and enjoying time together. Whether you're with family celebrating, reconnecting with friends, or simply escaping for some coastal tranquility, every inch of The Retreat on Gould has been tailored to offer warmth, functionality, and a touch of luxury.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $40/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (10 persons). Group events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, student groups, etc. are strictly prohibited.

    This is an absolutely great property! Beautiful home, very clean, great location to walk or bike ride anywhere in town, and just stunning neighborhood. There were six of us adults that stayed here and it was so comfortable. We all fell in love with Saint Simons Island & would certainly stay at this property again.

    Our family enjoyed our 2-week stay at this beautiful home. The location was a quick 2-3 minute walk to the beach, which was essentially a private beach with maybe a couple of families there at most. We enjoyed an easy walk to the Pier Village for ice cream and shopping. And, the backyard pool was great! I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone planning a vacation to SSI!

    Loved the location of the property. Very quiet street and short walk to restaurants and shops. Home is beautiful. Beds and couches are very comfortable. Pool and outdoor furniture was nice and well maintained. Would stay here again!
