In the heart of the Aventine, an oasis of peace will make your stay unique

The apartment is located in the heart of the Aventine, in a building surrounded by the greenery of a condominium garden; two elevators and a comfortable staircase lead to the floors.
The care of the building is entrusted to the concierge who is on duty from 8.30 to 12.30.
The apartment on the second floor consists of a large entrance hall, with black and white marble floor, furnished with a comfortable coat rack, a 19th century console table and paintings depicting nature.
From here you enter the living area consisting of a double living room as follows:
- on one side an oak boiserie with red marble fireplace. Two sofa beds face the 50-inch television.
The two windows lead to the balcony furnished with a table and chairs.
- on the other side a large dining table. crystal design comfortably welcomes 8 people.
The eat-in kitchen is equipped with all appliances, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, washer-dryer, toaster. It has a comfortable table for breakfast or an informal lunch. The room is very bright thanks to the windows one of which leads to the balcony.
The corridor leads to one of the three bathrooms completely in walnut paneling with sink, bidet and toilet.
The corridor leads through a door to the three bedrooms as follows:
 - a single room with a second pull-out bed, built-in wardrobe and desk. The window overlooks the greenery of an internal courtyard.
- one with two queen size beds, built-in wardrobe, desk. The window overlooks a little sliding road.
- a double bedroom with large built-in wardrobe, desk and window overlooking the balcony furnished with table and chairs.
The bathrooms are one with a shower, the other with a whirlpool tub.
The linen is supplied together with a kit of excellent soaps and articles for the bathroom.
At your entrance you will have a bottle of prosecco or exclusively Italian wine as a welcome drink.
In the kitchen a basket of fresh fruit and biscuits for breakfast
For those wishing to book a tour guide, a chef for cooking lessons or a special dinner, the rental of bicycles.
Parking is easy to find on the street but, on request, it will be possible to park a medium-sized car in the garage of the building.
House cleaning is included in the cost of the apartment.
Check in is after 13, while check out before 11.
On request it is possible to have a luggage storage.
