In the heart of Porto Santo island, just 400 meters from the beach and with stunning sea views, Casa da Maresia offers the perfect blend of comfort and tranquility. The residence features three bedrooms (double and single beds) and two modern bathrooms with showers, accommodating families or groups of friends. The highlight is the spacious balcony overlooking the sea—ideal for morning coffee or al fresco dining. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge and dishwasher, and the livingroom has a TV, comfortable sofas, and a dining area. The outdoor patio is perfect for socializing and barbecues, with seating and dining spaces. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout, and public street parking is nearby.

Porto Santo is renowned for its 9km golden sandy beach, crystal-clear waters, and therapeutic sand. Attractions include Pico do Castelo, offering panoramic views and historical ruins, and Vila Baleira, the charming capital with cobblestone streets and the Christopher Columbus House-Museum. The island also offers water sports and excellent local cuisine. Porto Santo Airport is just 2 km from Casa da Maresia.

Transfers can be arranged for guests, and car rentals are easily navigable. Guests have access to all areas of the property and can contact the team anytime for assistance. An app is available with property and local information.

Other notes:
- A municipal tourist tax of €2 per person/night (ages 13+), up to 7 nights (€14 max), is charged. A payment link will be sent before arrival.
- All guests must present valid ID (passport or identity card).
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance (at least 48 hours prior).
- Bed linen, towels, and baby amenities (cot, high chair, bath) are available on request. The property is equipped with a first aid kit, extinguishers, and fire blanket.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• We ask that you be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, you may receive a message from our team asking you to check the situation.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and payment of a fee.

By making a booking, the guest accepts the house rules and terms of stay.
