In the Heart of Netarts

We enjoyed the house. It was older with a lot of personality. The location was really quiet and a close walk to the beach.

This property was fully equipt with so many things! Towels dishes extra new blankets, camp chairs ect. So satisfied with our stay!

We loved our family weekend getaway. Looking firward to a longer stay next time. Kids loved being able to walk to the store ans beach. Great spot.

Like being at home. Excellent property!! Manager did a great job with amanities cleanliness and instructions. Can't thank her enuff

It was a short walk to Netarts Bay and the ocean, in a quiet neighborhood. We were comfortable and had everything we needed.

Cute place that is within walking distance of the beach. The path is pretty tricky to use so if you have limited mobility… I wouldn’t recommend using that path. This is not a rental to have cable tv, fast WiFi or close access to restaurants and grocery stores. There’s a couple super overpriced stores and 2 restaurants nearby that are also very expensive. We mostly went Tillamook for groceries. The rental manager was super nice though. You will need to clean up the house before you leave (remove used linens, take out trash, wash dishes, etc.).

Overall very good. Some dishes were not clean. Wash machine would on spin. Chairs not conformable, recliner at least one would be a nice add.

Quiet with lots of space. Close to the beach.

Convenient location for use. Home was clean and well appointed. The key box was hard to open. There were a couple of area rugs that were trip hazards on the hardwood floors.

Great location, and surprisingly comfortable beds!

Nice little house that had everything we needed

It was perfect to come to, when we were done with meetings and business. Relax discuss the day,what's next and laugh & enjoy each other. Rest for the next day. The 2 neighborhood bunnies were a joy too!

The photos were pretty accurate, although the living room furniture could have been more comfortable. And the photo of the steps to the beach do not show the bottom which ends on large rocks with no railings near the rocks, so for older people it is dangerous. However, it is a short drive to a parking lot further down the beach.Just about everything we needed was provided. The bathroom area was good, good shower, plenty of towels, although the toilet was small. Kitchen had plenty of utensils and pans, and it had good appliances. However, we do not buy bottled water because we have good water at home, and we were forced to buy bottled water because the water is heavily chlorinated, so suggest bringing bottled water or a Brita type filter pitcher. Would be nice to have blackout shades or darker curtains in bedrooms.

Beds were good. Property clean. We had several very nice evenings around the fire pit. Big yard. Had a bit of a challenge with adequate outlets for devices and sleep fans.

This little house was perfect for us! It is obviously an older home but that added to its charm. It was clean and well stocked with everything we could want including an amazing collection of movies. We were able to roast hot dogs and marshmallows, have hot chocolate… of course, the amazing party of Oregon is this beautiful coat which has great access from here! We loved every minute of it-including whale watching, lighthouse visits, waterfalls, beach play and driving through beautiful green country!

Nice older home. Had everything we needed.
