The Neighborhood:
This is one of the BEST locations in Breckenridge! Located in the heart of downtown Breckenridge, this home is just steps away from the all that Breckenridge has to offer. This home is conveniently located within a 10 minute walk to the Quicksilver lift at the base of Peak 9. Walk two blocks to Main Street or take the free bus anywhere in town from the stop just outside the home. This house is located right across the street from the Breckenridge Ice Rink and the Trollstigen Trail which is where Isak Hearthstone (a 15-foot tall wooden troll sculpture) is located. Parking - 2 cars in the garage and two outside of the garage.
Getting Around:
This home is located in the heart of Breckenridge! Walk anywhere in town or to the Quicksilver lift. Alternatively, with the Breck Free Ride bus stop just out the door, hop on the shuttle to get anywhere in a couple of minutes. A car is not needed as it is in the heart of town and walkable to everything in Breckenridge. The Quicksilver lift accessing Peak 9 is just a 7 minute walk from the house. Two minutes away you will find a shuttle stop with a bus which will take you to any base area (base 7, 8, or 9) or anywhere in town.

Cancellation Policy: Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable. If the ski area shuts down or a public health order prevents us from hosting you during your reserved time, you will be eligible for a full refund or will be able to reschedule. House was in a perfect location for the mountain, specifically Peak 9! The house was well laid out, plenty of space and there was team to clear the sidewalks and driveway to make trekking through the snow more bearable. The house was fully stocked with all the plates/cups etc one could need and made cooking each day a breeze. We would 100% stay here again!
Our family had an early holiday stay with 6 adults and respective families. There was plenty of room for all of us…the “littles” especially loved the bunk room. We loved the fireplace in the master suite. The home was clean, well stocked (could have had a couple of spatulas), nicely laid out. I loved all of the glass art displays! Just a couple of notes…in the downstairs bathroom, the toilet seat doesn’t stay up; men beware!! The upstairs guest bedroom bed seemed to have been broken, sinking on one side. All in all a wonderful home!!
The home was so cozy! We loved the hot tub and the cozy living room. Definitely worth the stay. There’s lots of signs around the home that gives you directions on how to operate some stuff in the home. I had to reach out to the owner and she responded in a timely manner and was very polite.
It was great for our family, we even had professional pictures taken in the lovely gardens on the property. The home is spacious and great areas for conversations, just hanging out and quiet spaces as well. We enjoyed the hot tub and great evenings around the firepit!
Perfect in every way. The house was one of, if the best VRBO house in every way. Well maintained and very well stocked with supplies. The garden was an extra added delight.

The home was immaculate! Everything you need! Fully stocked kitchen with numerous appliances, plates, drink ware. Bathrooms were stocked as well! Absolutely loved! Easy walk to town and pick up for the slopes right outside driveway! We would love to come back!

Everything about our stay there was excellent except communication with the property manager fell off once we got there. There was no response to an email or text sent to them. The property was as advertised and the location was fabulous!
I first want to thank the property manager who was prompt, courteous, and very helpful when I had to call her on a holiday. It was reassuring to know there was someone to help us. The property was the best I have had for a rental with regards to basically everything: location, cleanliness, home design, wi-fi, cable, etc. I have nothing but praise for the manager and the house. We are appreciative to the owners and highly recommend this rental.
We hosted three generations at the rental home, and each loved the easy walk to town, relaxing and immaculate property, and the beautiful mountain views. Our trip included both sunny warm days and a few days with several feet of snow; the property was perfect for both. We will definitely book this home again!
