Great house, equipped with everything you need! Our 3rd year staying here. Perfect for our family!

This was bye far the best VRBO we have ever stayed in ! The house was stocked with everything you need. And big enough for three families . We loved sitting outside watching the birds the sunset and the Amish buggy’s drive by.

Our stay at Peach Lane was perfect. Communication was more than expected. The house was well stocked and very clean. The location was great. We felt at home the entire time. There were 8 of us staying and there was plenty of room. We couldn't have asked for anything better!

My family had an excellent experience here. Wayne was extremely welcoming and provided a lot of information about the local area. The landscape and home were clean and beautiful, everything in the house worked and there was plenty of equipment in the kitchen to cook with. My kids and nephews/nieces enjoyed playing with the provided yard games and board games (there were even toys for the little ones). It was an excellent experience and we'd stay here again.

It’s a beautiful home and very well kept. The view from the front of the house is beautiful. It was a pleasure working with the owners and the managers. There are lots of board games and toys for kids and some for adults, which is a nice touch. There is an extensive library of books to read and wish we had more time on our visit to read some of them. Strasburg is only a five minute drive which was very convenient to visit the restaurants and attractions. We enjoyed having the Amish school and Amish families in close proximity. Overall, just a lovely stay and we would recommend to families and couples alike. Cannot recommend this property enough.

There are so many options for shopping and exploring in this area. It will take more than one visit to experience all that we wanted to see. The house was immaculate, the cleanest in which we’ve ever stayed. We had one need that, when we reached out, was addressed within an hour. The area was quiet, surrounding neighbors were welcoming and we could walk across the street for farm fresh eggs. The porch and patio were just perfect for our morning coffee and conversations around the evening fire. You will love staying here!

Amazing property, Wayne was excellent and accommodating with myself and the rest of our wedding party. Went above and beyond to help us with questions. The home fit all of our guests very comfortably. Would highly recommend staying here and will certainly be back!

The house sits up on a hill, a beautiful setting, peaceful lovely neighborhood that overlooks farm areas and has a wonderful view. The gardens and porch around the home are lovely and very inviting. Inside the home is kept very well with a large kitchen and plenty of amenities. A lovely fireplace in the living room comfy seating area. Lovely dining room with lots of comfy beds. Outside also has a fire area that works very well and lovely to sit around and enjoy time with family or friends. The area has so many great things to do it would take a very long time to do them all. You definitely won’t be bored. Also the host is excellent, Answers questions quickly and is super helpful. You won’t regret staying here one bit. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful home in a beautiful, peaceful location. Always love staying here, it's the way we end our summer vacation. We have been coming to PA since I was 14 and I am 39 now with my own kids and it's great to see them enjoy it as well. We've been coming for years and this was the best house we've stayed at. Great location. In the heart of amish country. But close to everything. The house is even better in person. It has everything you can think of. Like living in your own home. Wayne responds very quickly. Such a nice guy. House is on a hill with unobstructed sunset Views. We will be back.

Check in was so easy. The kitchen is well equipped and clean. My favorite part of the house is the kitchen. I get to play kitchen. There are so many cabinets and everything is organized.

The owner was great to work with and checked to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Also had some suggestions for places to dine and things to see in the area. This big beautiful house was perfect for our children and grandchildren family vacation. In a perfect location in a peaceful neighborhood but also close enough to all attractions and restaurants. A real find! The hosts are very kind and gracious. Totally enjoyed our stay!

Highly recommend staying at this VRBO for large families traveling to the Lancaster, PA area. It does sleep up to 12 with 4 separate bedrooms. Spacious, peaceful, and clean with lits of amenities.

We just spent our 7th year in this house! We can’t imagine a better place to be. We created the most unbelievable memories from there. The house itself, the yard, the view the neighbors and the street. We are profoundly grateful to the Homsher’s for giving us the opportunity of a lifetime to have a place to bring our family together. As I married off my children, each in law child said- I have to see what this Lancaster thing is about, that is all I hear about! My kids literally speak about it all year and they call it our Summer house. The neighbors are the best! I have spoken more to them, then I have to my neighbors where I live for 24 years! This house is literally in the middle of Amish farms. Just walk up the street, which we did daily, and every walk is a different experience. You will see horse and buggies going up and down the street very often. Everyone around there is just so nice. I will always take them with me. There is not a more beautiful view to be had and the sunsets are breathtaking.There is nothing more to say, then that this is the greatest place to be, with the best hosts possible!

This lovely home was a picturesque view (there’s a literal wildflower photo op business across the street) was a great place for our family to gather. We loved how well-stocked the kitchen was, since we prepared our own meals.Kids loved the balcony above the great room and the backyard, finding a wiffle ball set in the garage.They really try to make it easy, providing all the soaps, Kleenex, towels, etc. Very appreciative.

This property was a perfect fit for our family during our trip to Lancaster! It had plenty of space for all of us and was incredibly clean. Wayne commincated clearly offering to assist wherever needed and their neighbor Lydia helped us feel welcome. We would definitely stay here again!

Such a wonderful experience for our family vacation of 11. I have visited Lancaster many times over the years and this was my absolute favorite time. Such beautiful views from the home, loved the flower farm across the street, and lots of sightings of Amish buggies and families out and about working from the porch. Every single person in our family was impressed with the home and everything offered. Thank you for having us.

We have stayed at this lovely home before and truly felt like we were returning home to a beloved location upon entrance. The house is so peaceful with the most beautiful view of farmlands stretching beyond the horizon. We had visited in the fall last time and this time we got to really appreciate the gorgeous landscaping and fields of flowers across the street. The location is perfect for all of the activities that we desired to do: Sight and Sound, Fisher's Housewares, Deiners for dinner, The Bird-in-Hand Bakery, Reilhms Quilt Shop and Farm with the cutest puppies, baby goats, chickens... They have cows also, but were out in the field. All for FREE! Warm Pretzels and cold Root beer, and delicious chicken pies we took home and baked. YUMMY! We thoroughly enjoyed just sitting outside watching the gorgeous sunset nightly. So peaceful!!!

This home is perfect for our group. We are quilters and spend our time sewing, shopping, and exploring the area. The owner is great to work with and always responds quickly.

This house fit the needs of an extended family of 12 comfortably. It's our second time staying here and we will be coming back. Lovely house and location!

We, our kids and grandkids had a wonderful stay at Wayne's house. It was a beautiful house and had all the amenities we needed. It is ideally located for the activities we had planned. Wayne is a great host who was very accomodating and quickly communicated to us on any questions we had. We would definitely return and recommend if staying in the area.

The house and property are magnificent. We feel so at home here and it is so close to most of the attractions in the area!!

We couldn’t have picked a better home for our stay in Ronks! The house had absolutely everything we needed plus more. It was spacious so that there was room for everyone in our group of eight. There were plenty of games and toys for the children to occupy themselves with. Two very nice extras were the fireplace and the piano. The location was central to many of our activities. Wayne, the host, is extremely accommodating and does whatever he can to make your visit a good one. Lydia, the neighbor across the street, who helps with the house, was so pleasant and really came through for us. We absolutely plan on returning to Peach Lane on our next trip to Lancaster.

Most places we stay meet most of our needs. But this home met all our needs. We put an emphasis on HOME!! The views and sunset were beautiful and words cannot describe them. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked. We especially enjoyed the jacuzzi! Thank you for letting us make this place home for a week.

I couldn't wait to see those beautiful sunsets other reviewers spoke about but unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate. But that's okay, because it's a beautiful area with so much to see. There was a huge field of wildflowers and sunflowers across the road. I imagine it would be overflowing with flowers during the Summer. We loved to hear the Amish coming down the road of the mornings with the horse and buggies. The property was very nice, clean and had just about everything that we could want or need. The grandkids (age 4-8) had so many things to do without even having to leave the house! There was a huge selection of games and books for all ages. There was even a huge collection of cookbooks in the kitchen! The pantry was stocked with all the basics. Everyone loved the firepit out back.The neighbor and caretaker of the house, Lydia, was so thoughtful and went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. She told the grandkids about the garden and pawpaw trees out back, which we had never seen before! She also brought over some bikes that the kids could ride on. It's in a great location and was a short drive to everywhere we had planned to visit. You will definitely be glad you chose to stay here. Lydia, you are precious. Thank you for making complete strangers feel like part of your family. We'll never forget your kindness! Just stayed here for the week, Wayne was very responsive to any questions we had, quick responses, house was very clean, comfortable beds and I would rate our experience and this property higher than 10 if I could. Plan on booking this house again for 2025.

Another lovely stay in Lancaster County! house was close to most attractions and there was even lots to do while there! Enough room for the kids to play outdoors and inside. Garage was fully stocked with toys and things to do outside...even a bike for riding around the block! TV/Piano room was well set up and relaxing. Big hill was fun for outdoor play...and the VIEW was beyond description!!

There is nothing like when you have been say and then arrive home after so many days. Well this house had us at hello and we did not want to leave when it was time for departure. The house is spacious and well equipped and clean with comfortable beds. We love Lancaster and this is our home away from home.

This was our 6th year at this Lancaster property. It is the most awesome house ever. It is big and spacious and it is on a very big property where my kids are able to play sports. The porch in front and back are both amazing. The front porch faces a stunning sunset, with Amish Farms in the background. There is an Amish school house across the street. I’ve become good friends with most of the neighbors. They are the best neighbors I ever had! Horse and buggies constantly go up and down the street. They always wave hi. I love walking up the street to watch the Amish working on their farms. It is such a peaceful place. My kids talk about it all year and can’t wait to go back. We have incredible memories and I am so grateful to Wayne and Lori for sharing their home with us. Wayne the owner responds immediately and always takes care of any issues that arise, which hasn’t been much over the 6 years. Lydia, the neighbor that I love and keep in touch with over the year, takes care of the house. She is just a delight! There are many places to go and see, but really, the house and the surrounding area is enough to give you the best time. I can not recommend it enough. Best place ever! As long as this house is available, we will be going back. We will never find another place like it.

A fully equipped and functional kitchen with modern appliances. Easy check in and guests are made to feel so welcomed. Highly recommended for a peaceful, serene and enjoyable vacation with the family.
