Stayed Feb 12, 2026The place was gorgeous and the views from the window were spectacular! The community center is really a selling point, they have a pool, hot tub, sauna, arcade game room, library, kids area , bar etc…. You do have to pay for it (there’s one guest pass) but it’s def a great spot to entertain kids if you’re not skiing ! All beds were super comfy, blankets soft and fluffy , and so many throw blankets around to cozy up in. We loved the fire places which turned on and heated up th space so quickly! Lovely place to stay we will absolutely return !

Stayed Feb 5, 2026The place was lovely, cozy and comfortable!Everything was provided and Leslie was most accommodating and available for any questions. Great for families ….. a small ski area and pub restaurant right up the hill. We had a bitter cold weekend but enjoyed the beautiful views and warm atmosphere!

Stayed Aug 7, 2024We enjoyed exploring this area. Took full advantage of easy access to Franconia notch. The condo comfortably slept our group of 7. We enjoyed watching the Olympics on the large screen TV in main living room. Appreciated the 2nd family room located on bottom level where the children could view their shows & hang out. There was a portable AC in kitchen-family room & master bedroom. Although fans were provided in other rooms it would have been nice to have AC in the bottom level for the hot, humid days.

Stayed Feb 19, 2023This house rental was perfect- central to Waterville and Loon ski resorts. The house was equipped with everything and anything you may want during a stay from fully equipped kitchen, working outside grill, multiple TVs, many games and lots of room for a large group! The ref center was great for those who did not Ski and for those who skied and wanted to enjoy a hot tub and sauna post! We hope To rent again. Thanks!
