IMPECCABLE LUXURY! 3000 ft beach home.STEPS TO IT ALL- BEACH,TOWN,TENNIS, PARK!

Perfect for a family! Is also good for couples, but for families this house is amazing. A kids room, with toys, books and everything you can imagine. Very clean and bright, this house is in a very good e special spot in MB. Nancy was great, super helpful, always available for everything - from tips of what to do around for adults and kids or any other issue we had! Close to the beach and a park, it could not be better.

My family rented the house for the month of August. We have 2 children 5 and 7 and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The house is beautiful, modern and well kept. The owner was always accessible and has everything you would want to make your stay like home. The location is perfect as it is on the site of a park with numerous tennis courts, baseball fields and playground. It is also a short walk to the beach and downtown Manhattan beach. The house had everything you need for the beach which made it very convenient. I highly recommend this house for any family.

My family rented this house for two weeks in June 2017. The house is gorgeous and in a great location for a two week vacation. In addition to being just a short walk to the beach, the house sits high above the Manhattan Beach Park which makes it fun to watch the activity and great place for kids to play basketball, tennis, ping pong, baseball, etc. The house itself is really nice with a great downstairs TV and playroom and great master bath. The piano in the main room and balconies on every level make this a great place to take a vacation. We had a tremendous stay and look forward to our next trip.

Why choose a cookie cutter hotel room when you can luxuriate in a 3000 sq. ft beach home? It was an easy choice for us. Three cheers for the beach home! We loved it!! This is a lovely home located in safe beach community that has virtually everything you need within walking distance, including the beach, of course! Each level has a covered balcony for dining al fresco or just sitting to enjoy the cool ocean breezes. Tennis anyone... basketball, baseball or tot playground? Visit the park located a stone's throw away or just sit on the private 3rd floor balcony as a spectator to it all! This is a well appointed home with beautiful travertine floors and bath vanities and granite kitchen counter tops. But, best of all is the owner, Nancy. She's friendly, very responsive and timely. This house lives up to its description and was just perfect for our family'. Location was great, easy walk to town or beach and right next to the park. The interior was immaculate and felt like we were at a home (or even better, a fab hotel). Nancy, the owner, was very easy to work with and went out of her way to assist with anything -- including very detailed house instructions. I would highly recommend this home and and can't wait for our next extended trip to MB to rent again.

The house was great. Clean, Comfortable. Close to Downtown Manhattan Beach and the Beach. Very comfortable beds. Would rec this place.

We rented for the month of July from Nancy, the owner. The property is outstanding as it's truly a family home. Amenities are top notch and reflect the owners' good taste. In addition, the property is right next to a beautiful municipal park where my wife played tennis and my son practiced baseball on a daily basis. We had a couple of minor problems, but they were promptly and professionally handled by Nancy, the owner. We intend to rent this incredible property again.
