Impeccable Home w/ Dock & Pool on Lake Wateree!

We had a wonderful time. Love this home and location. Real fun with famliy. Some things to change: the middle bedroom gets very hot while the home is cold, you need blinds up in livingroom and bathroom in master bedroom for more privacy and to take the glare off the TV and have less sun light in the morning when it is beaming in. Finally, please clean your pattio it had mass spiderwebs and wasnt cleaned in a while. Also yhe middle room needs a queen or king bed. I brought a connector and left it so you have a way to make the 2 twins a king when needed. Really didnt mean to leave it but had to catch a flight. Now with all of that, it was still a must visit location. If they make those changes it would be a 5 star.

The view better than expected. Nice comfortable house. Only 5 bedrooms, was told there were 6. Enjoyed this house and would rent again.

Beautiful home! The western view of the lake is really amazing!! It had all the amenities we needed. We loved how spacious it is and accommodated all of us easily. Thank you for a lovely time!

House is very clean with lots of kitchen supplies. The views and pool are great. We did have a concern about one thing and the response from management was immediate and helpful. Look forward to staying again.

It was the perfect house for us. We will definitely go there again!

We were looking for a place to get away but not necessarily needing to leave and this was the place. The pool was gorgeous and very well maintained. The short walk to the dock made it a great place to have a cup of coffee in the morning. The kitchen was probably the most stocked kitchen we’ve seen in all the Air B&Bs we’ve stayed and again everything was very well maintained. One thing to note, they have a great coffee pot with both drip or Kcup options, but coffee is not provided. There is a small store about ten minutes away where you will find Maxwells or Folgers, but if you want something else, make sure to bring it. The posting doesn’t indicate anywhere that they do provide coffee so it was on me for assuming, but just didn’t want anyone else to make the same mistake! The ping pong table was awesome and the living area was cozy. We loved the screened in porch and had all our meals there. All in all, a fantastic staycation!

Excellent stay with a group for an event at Carolina Motorsports Park. We really enjoyed this house and the pool. It was the perfect place to unwind after being at the track. Would recommend and would stay again.

My older child loved the pool and swingset! Plenty of rooms for guests! Great view! Kitchen had most everything needed to cook.

This place was outstanding. My fa. ILY loved the pool, the view was awesome. Great family getaway. I would so rent again.thank you!

The house was fantastic and had everything you could want for a group holiday. The check in process could not have been easier & Shane responded quickly to my emails.The house was perfect, the location, check-in, cleanliness and overall communication was great.Looking forward to our return all ready.

Beautiful home with a beautiful view!

The house was immaculate. The pool was wonderful. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. It is a peceful place and that is what we were looking for. Even the fishing was good off the dock! The Evolve project manager was unbelievable. We have stayed at many VRBOs in US Canada and Europe and this is top on our list for a domestic location. Highly recoommend it for a couple or a family. The deck even has colapsable gates that would prevent access to the pool by little ones. They seem to have thought of everything. There are 3 different family areas so the family can spread out.

The house is huge and very well kept. It was in a quite location and the lake right off the back was amazing. I do agree with some of the other reviews the lawn needs watered badly.
