Brand new town home. Cleanest VRBO I have seen. Has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Just down the river from all the bars and tourist things. Great location to branch out and see everything in Savannah. Probably the easiest check in I have done. And I have stayed in over two dozen VRBO rentals around the country

I want to come back to Savannah and stay here again!! We were 6 women with ages spanning 40 years who gathered for some camaraderie, sunshine and cuisine. This VRBO had plenty of room for us to spread out and relax, get ready, gather together and visit. The location is convenient if you want to be near the river, Forsyth, and the Olde Pink House. The kitchen is roomy and well furnished. Check in and check out were easy. We had one rental car and no problem with parking. The decor is well done and there is an elevator! There are neighbors next door and this is not intended to be a loud party house (which means it is quiet at night for sleep). This charming location was perfect for our trip! Please enjoy some of the Savannah scenery :)

But this place is better outfitted than my own kitchen. Elevator was great for taking luggage to the 3rd and 4th floors.

We had brunch at Collins Quarter at Forsyth, drinks at Myrtle & Rose Rooftop Bar, and dinner at The Olde Pink House. All 3 places I would recommend. Thank you Savannah for a fun trip!

The elevator broke the first day and my elderly mother was stuck in the elevator at one point. Texted and called but no response from the company. We rented the house because it had an elevator. The house is well maintained. Had a hard time finding the house as you have to enter from the rear and there are no house numbers on the back of the house. We had to circle around 2x in order to figure out what house it was. The area is nice and there are plenty of walkable activities.
