Immaculate three bedroom home in West Harwich!

The layout of the house was great. It has open concept kitchen and living room with a breakfast bar. There was also a dining room over to the side of the kitchen with French doors. We had family meals in the dining room and did a puzzle on the other end of the dining room table. All rooms were clean and equipped with AC. We would rent again.

The house was in a perfect location for everything we wanted to do. Had all the beach things, cart and chairs. We had a great time

First the positives, house location, privacy, parking, walk to beaches, bikes, beach gear. This year we felt the house showed wear, needs major refreshing and a deep cleaning ie sofas, chairs, rugs, pillows, blankets. Paint, new cushions for the screened porch.

From the very beginning with the initial booking, all the way to the end of the stay....their customer service was incredible! They are extremely responsive and make you feel like the most important person. I can not recommend them enough!

Everything from the supermarket to a batting cage was just a few min drive away. The home was nicely decorated. We did have an issue with a damp rug that Martha Murray rectified immediately but aside from that our 1 week long stay was great! The house could’ve been cleaned better as there were several areas where the construction dust/dirt/debris was obvious. The owner could’ve also supplied microwaveable dishes and not silver lined dishes. Overall we had a great time aside from the minor inconveniences.

Great location, private tucked away property, screened porch a real plus for morning coffee or after beach lemonade. Separate dining space was very nice. Central AC would be a plus but would still rent again (window AC helped for sleeping)

The only thing I would add would be an air conditioner in the livingroom/kitchen/dining area and only because it was incredibly hot the week we were there. There were AC units in each bedroom, which made sleeping fine, but they could not cool the living area and we would not open windoiws in the living area because the bedroom ac units were running.
