Immaculate ten Brink House In Canyon Lake

Our stay was perfect. The view and location was exactly what we were looking for in a long weekend vacation. The property was very clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

We loved our stay at this property. This was my third stay at this house. We especially enjoy the opportunity to feed the deer, up to six at a time in the back yard, and the two grey foxes that visited. It was extremely relaxing. The house is comfortable and welcoming. The host is easily accessible and responsive. We’ll be back!

Our stay at was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the home. The property was exactly as described, and even more beautiful in person. The location couldn't have been better. It was close to family and attractions. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the utensils and appliances for cooking meals, and the living spaces were cozy and inviting. The beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the open spaces throughout the house. Host: Our host, Barbara, was incredibly responsive and helpful. She provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out and were available for any questions we had during our stay. Her local tips and recommendations were invaluable and made our trip even more enjoyable. The view and local wildlife was a highlight of our stay. We loved the watching the deer and fox from the back patio. The property is highly recommended.

We enjoyed staying at this home. It was very comfortable and close enough to the lake to enjoy lots of activities. The lake level was very low from the drought, so getting your own boat on the lake can be a challenge until conditions improve. However, there are still plenty of ways to enjoy the lake if you do your homework. We were pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed the backyard view from the porch. There are many neighbors, but they weren't a distraction to enjoying the backyard.

Nice place and loved all the windows and wildlife and the balcony. I was disappointed that it said we would have access to a pool and didn’t. I asked the owner about it and she hadn’t picked up the key from the HOA. I wouldn’t have booked there had I known we would not get to take our kids swimming. They still had fun since we got to go to our family’s to swim once but I was looking forward to spending more time in the pool. Very sweet owner and loved her art work all throughout the house. We had a good time overall.

We were in town for my son’s wedding and it was the perfect space for my parents, my two girls, my husband and I. Beautiful and spacious place. The deer in the backyard were so fun to watch. Would definitely stay again!

This is the second time I have stayed at this house. Now planning a third stay with another mix of family. What a find! The view is breath taking. The neighborhood is peaceful. We fed as many as 10 deer and 3 foxes from the balcony at one time. The host is fantastic and prompt.
