Highly recommend coming here for vacation. Would not recommend staying here, especially if you are under the age of 45. Upon arrival, the owner was in the driveway and asked aggressively asked us why we chose to stay here. He didn’t like that we were “boys” (we’re all over 30 btw) and proceeded to call the rental property and complain about us in front of our faces. Upon our departure, he showed up with 2 people an hour before checkout and asked if there were any “holes in the walls” Regarding the property: Once we eventually got let in, the house was damp, had a strange musk that we needed candles to remove. The beds are all of varying levels of low quality. The worst of which I would liken to sleeping on a cardboard box. There is no AC in either of the basement rooms, which is strange because the very title of this property boasts it’s AC. With regard to linens, we brought pillow covers but the pillows provided are not standard pillows, rather they are all what I can only describe as large throw pillows. The place did have a good location, close to the beach and right off Pt. Judith road which is great. It has a nice private backyard which is also enjoyable. The owner and the bedding arrangements really dampened our overall experience though. If you can avoid this property, I would. If not, it’ll do - but bring your own pillows.
