Immaculate Home Close to Beach and Estuary. Has Hot Tub and More!

House was very clean and has lots of amenities and things you typically would have to bring..(extra pillows and blankets) ....plenty of space to sit, eat and sleep 12 people comfortably. Not beach front, but only half a block away walk. Hot tub was nice...could be bigger to accommodate more people...since house sleeps up to12. Could have used a few more shower towels and never got any hot tub towels delivered to us. Overall, I'd say 9 out of 10. Thank you!

The kitchen has everything you will ever need! The home was very clean and you would never know it was a pet friendly home other than having pet amenities. Spacious!

Great house for our annual family vacation. Great amenities for humans and dogs alike. Right next to the water treatment plant but fortunately we couldn’t smell it much. Will definitely be staying here again

Our short stay was pleasant until check out. Our main objection is the check-out time. 10:00 a.m. is far too unrealistic with children, particularly because Meredith has so many clean-up tasks required before leaving. The maid was waiting at the door at 10:00 a.m. and Meredith was calling at 10:15. When we booked the room we didn't notice and assumed the check out time was the traditional 11:00 a.m. The location was near a sewage plant and it was a bit stinky at times, although tolerable.

The nearby beach location was far enough from the central/beaten path that we felt like we had the beach to ourselves.Kitchen was very well stocked and nicely laid out, well suited for feeding a large group.

The property was well supplied with everything we needed. We really enjoyed staying there.

Spacious, with comfy furniture and beds. close to the beach. We walked to town. Everything was perfect!

Loved this house. Great location. Very comfortable. Great backyard for the dog. I cannot wait to come again

It was amazing! Clean, comfortable, extremely well stocked kitchen, all that we could hope for to accommodate our family of all ages.

This home has everything we needed and more. Great location for enjoying the beach and all it has to offer. we had a great weekend with 2 other couples.

This property is so well equipped with any appliance you might need. Comfortable beds and wonderful linens. Fenced in yard for dogs. We will be back.

This house was clean and very spacious, felt at home right away. What I was most impressed with was the amount of amenities the home had! Little hotel soaps, shampoo conditioner etc. Kitchen was fully stocked and even had items like baggies, foil and coffee filters. Games for the family and kiddos. If you are traveling with an Infant, this property DOES have TWO pack n plays and a few high chair type items. When I looked at the listing it didn’t mention either of those item, and I messaged the host and they said the house didn’t have them, so we packed ours from home. Maybe the property rental company can update the listing to include them. We would definitely rent this home again!

Wonderful home, very well, organized, very clean, and everything you could possibly want in the way of supplies was in the home already. Everyone loved the hot tub. There were plenty of towels for the home as well as the beach plus there were even raincoats in the garage, we love the way everything was labeled in the kitchen so you didn’t have to wonder where things were. This was a really great place to stay and I highly recommend it.
