Immaculate 3BR/2 BA 2400+ Square Foot House w/Private Pool - No Detail Missed

Family had a great time.

The property was located in a convenient location and within walking distance to the beach. The pool was nice and clean. The check in process and communication was very good. The negatives were that the house was a little dated (pictures look good). Appliances are breaking and need replaced, carpet and rug looked dirty. The house smelled smutty and needs to be deep cleaned. Would never rent again during spring break neighbors were loud the entire time except for our last night, no fault of the house.

This was very spacious, and clean. I was disappointed that we couldn’t open the windows because there aren’t any screens on them. The window blinds are also in rough shape and hard to open and close. The master bedroom has doors to a deck, and leads to the rooftop deck. However, there aren’t any window coverings, so it’s not very private. The place could use a refresh or TLC as it’s showing signs of wear and tear. The best feature is the rooftop deck, which has views you can’t beat. My suggestion would be for some seating up there.

Great location and accommodations. Beach was within walking distance as well as a great local restaurant & convenience store for last minute forgotten items. Nice patio to listen to the ocean waves at night. Be prepared to rent from local vendor for beach chairs/umbrellas in advance.

Upon arrival the door code wouldn’t open the door, I called got an alternate number right away so that was nice. The back yard was full of tree branches and brush, I called the mgmt company she said she would make a note of it, I ended up taking it all to the road where it was picked up this was to help from tripping and actually let the kids play in the yard. The pool doesn’t have a heater so just a heads up for winter months, this was November and we swam the last day as it was finally warm enough to get in for a half hour, beware of snakes here as well as we found one in the skimmer box. The stay was good, harder for old people to walk to beach so my bad on that. Everything was clean plenty of kitchen equipment for cooking charcoal was in storage closet (had to clean it to get the door open) but good news lots of beach equipment in there. House is well equipped, I think it just needs some maintenance as ice machine doesn’t work in kitchen, outside furniture needs to have screws tightened, and trees need trimmed to actually see the pool from the house.

The pool was nice and yea our pet was good.

Great sized condo for a family.

It is a great house! The master suite and bathroom is huge, the house had everything you would need, I thought the pool was bigger but suited us all just fine!! My grandbabies loved the hammock swings under the porch! The wood boardwalk does need repaired, but house is Open concept! Plenty of common space for all! Loved the big sturdy table!! The Eagles nest was great, the perspective is awesome!! Needs new chairs up there! When I had to contact host, I forgot door code, they gave immediate help! We had a wonderful family vacation!!

Everything was great!! The only issue I had was that the code they sent me did not work and I had to call to get another code. Very minor inconvenience, everything else was excellent!!

Great location! Loved the private pool!

The property itself was good! Everything was just like the pictures showed. The only issues we had was lack of communication. Within an hour of our arrival an HVAC service man showed up without us having a clue. We didn't know if it was legit or a scam. It would have been nice to have known he was coming. Next was the pool guy showing up in the morning without warning while i was still in my pajamas outside, once again a heads up would have been nice. And 3rd, I was outside when a guy came up to take the trash cans to the road. All of these may seem minor and we had no issues after the fact but knowing prior with just a simple text or schedule sent to us with a heads up would have been great. There was also a few other minor issues that if one is paying the amount of money that was, some would expect more. This would include needing three different door codes for the duration of the stay. One didn't work at all, the second work for about 24hrs. The last one worked until we left. The stay itself was great and we will be back. We'll probably just try a different property owner.

Loved this house. It was perfect for our needs. We were able to get some really pretty sunset pictures from the rooftop. The beach wasn't far of a walk. There were plenty of places to eat at nearby. The house was comfortable and had all the things that we needed.

This property is great, we had a very relaxing stay! Highly recommended!

This was our first trip to Gulf Shores and we lucked out with booking this property. The short walk to the beach made it super convenient, the fenced in yard for our dogs was such a bonus, and the pool, while super chilly, was perfect for the kids. We would highly recommend this property and this beach to our friends

Very cute beach house great location 5 min walk to beach with private pool. Was nice, clean, comfortable beds, photos as advertised with the yard and pool enjoyed by all including pets! The rental company responded to all my questions prior and during stay immediately. Great experience!

We really enjoyed staying at this house. The location is ideal, the eagles nest on the rooftop was a very cool space, and we enjoyed the family-friendly layout. As with most rental homes, the beds weren't super comfortable and left a lot to be desired, but that was the only downside to the house. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, and we highly recommend this to others looking for a quiet, family-friendly rental close to the beach and downtown Gulf Shores.

House was in a great location in a nice quiet neighborhood . It is walkable to the beach or just a short car ride. Great fenced in backyard and nice poolHouse was perfect for our family for a week of sun, beach, and relaxation. Would definitely recommend this property.

We arrived at the Eagles Nest after a very long day of traveling. Lights were on ac was cooling and the house smelled so fresh and clean. We had plenty of space to park our small cargo trailer out of the way after unpacking. We discovered as we were unpacking the abundance of closet space, dressers and cabinets… so much space to keep our stay more relaxing because we were able to put things away. We brought along our two dogs who also enjoyed the backyard. Plenty of space for them to run and then enjoy the rest in the shade of the palm trees. They even enjoyed meeting the neighbors staying next door to us. The pool was clean and ready to use. Even though the temps dropped while we were there. We decided to do early morning cold plunges to help us stay healthy on our vacation 😂 The kitchen was well stocked we didn't need to run out and get anything to add. The knives were sharp and useable. A lot of pots and pans and glass cookware. We enjoy cooking while on vacation and this kitchen helped us do that. If we ever get to visit gulf shores again we all want to stay here. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful the walking/bike paths right outside the door. Thank you for a great stay!!
