Immaculate 3 BR / 2 BA tropical pool home in Bradenton - Sugar Beach

Disappointed that the pool was so chilly and the hot tub was not available. Hot tub unavailability was in the description, but still disappointing. House was large and clean. All items as described. Happy to be able to park in the spacious garage.

Renter Beware! This property had black hair everywhere on the counters, bed sheets, bathroom floors along with dirty silverware mixed in with used white plastic spoons with grimy wine glasses. After complaining about the cleanliness and letting the property manager know about other problems like the coffee maker barely working because of the descale light was on, the garage code didn't work, nor did it open from the inside which I sent pictures and videos, they instructed us to just clean it ourselves and a cleaning crew would show up which didn't happen. The worst part is this property is right next to a busy road so you hear cars all day and night plus they have an outdoor motion light which goes off all night due to the cars driving by and shining into the master bedroom all night through shutters that don't close properly and when I asked how to turn off the bright pool light at night which shines in the other master bedroom window they told me to figure out how to turn it off myself so getting a good night sleep is impossible. To put the icing on the cake, when I asked for a Noon checkout time instead of the 10am due to an afternoon flight, they offered a 11am checkout for 100!! They also said if I don't roll out their trashes even though we didn't use them, they would fine us 100. There were more issues, but I think you get the picture. Stay away from this property if at all possible! BRUTAL!

The house was great. Plenty of room with nice furnishings. The only downside was the lack of disposable items. One roll of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels for a week long reservation is obviously inadequate. The rules around garbage pickup days and the threat of a 100 fine were disappointing. Small issues can stain an otherwise great experience.

We really enjoyed the house. It was perfect for our family. Safe location. We went to Anna Maria island most days which wasn’t very far.

The house and furnishing are beautiful! Loved the kitchen! The pool was nice however it could of been warmer! Great convience to stores and beaches!

Although it stated that the pool was heated but was not, the house was beautiful and was in a great neighborhood!

Please be aware the pool is not heated. Went through a huge hassle with the management, never actually talking to someone who would make it right and move us to somewhere with a pool so my kids could play. That was disappointing. Went on vacation and couldn’t get in the pool. Kind of ruined my vacation as I then had to find other ways to entertain them. They eventually refunded me about half of my stay, but it was too little too late. House was clean and spacious and comfy. Bare bones amenities. Cookware was basic. Only provided two trash bags and two dishwasher pods. No extra toilet paper. Lots of other rentals we’ve stayed in have extra beach chairs and such. There were 4 beach towels and a cooler to borrow. Probably my least favorite experience to date (and my family of 6 has been using VRBO for many years). Was dissatisfied with the cooperation of VRBO and their booking guarantee as well. They did nothing. Overall, it was fine, but no different than staying at a hotel. A place to sleep. -March 2025

The house was very nice and roomy. We were able to work remotely and spread out.

Beautiful property. Newly updated. Clean. Easy check in process. Suggested upgrade ideas include more trash bags, toilet paper and better detergent and hand soap. Also pillows could be better. Overall, amazing home. Didn’t use pool.

A little piece of paradise, for sure! Everything was great. Just an fyi for everyone, make sure & bring all paper & cleaning products (toilet paper, paper towls, hand soap, dish soap, etc) I may have missed that in the booking instructions, but it was definitely a surprise to me when we got there lol.instructions

Great property close to beaches one tip tell guest’s exactly where it is as hard to find only thanks to locals or we would still trying to find it

Last year we stayed at the same house as this year. It was perfekt for us! We'll come back next year and looking forward to stay there again.

We were there for a short trip to check my son into IMG for Football camp. The house was very nice and provided for all our needs. I would stay there again.

Clean, good location pool was great!!!
