Jackie was very welcoming and answered any questions we had promptly! The location was great as it was near Anna Maria Island, Siesta Key, Riverwalk, and many shopping areas! The house was perfect for us and very comfortable and cozy! The pool was amazing and the sunset views were beautiful!It was a great stay and again, Jackie was the best!

House and pool area very nice. Dock not exactly as shown. Not the best neighborhood for walking the dog (no sidewalks) but the fenced in backyard was convenient. Overall very happy with my stay

We had an awesome time! Jackie’s place was beyond what we needed and was fully stocked! The fenced in yard, pool and lake out back to fish in were great. We liked how close the house was to absolutely anything you could need and the beaches were just a short drive up the road. The house was extra clean, had laundry machines, and lots of extras to use. We needed to bring our dogs, so finding this home that allowed us to bring our pets was a bonus. Jackie was also nearby if we needed anything! 10/10 recommend this property.

Beautiful pool, nice kitchen, and close to Anna Marie Island.

Lots of fun! Cozy house located right outside Sarasota! We moved our daughter to college at Ringling College of Art & Design. This home allowed our family to come with us! Even our frenchie! Jackie was a great host and went above and beyond, looking up public transportation routes for my daughter! Was truly great!

The property was amazing! Pool was fabulous, the kitchen was well stocked, there was tons of beach extras and the lake was great as well!

Our host Jackie was very nice. Explained everything accurately to have an easy check in and check out. Not far from the beach or the airport in Sarasota. Stores are easy to access and a gas station at the corner. As for the property it definitely could use some updates and a good cleaning inside and out. Outdoor furniture could definitely be changed and Lani has holes for bugs to enter. The house was stocked with a lot of kitchen items. Not many towels for swimming. No lounge chairs for tanning A ton of beach items and some pool stuff in the garage. Beds were not very comfortable. All in all the stay was just okay.

Wanted to take the family to Anna Marie Island without being crammed into a small space or paying a premium for a view. Jackie's Green House was a great option for our family. Close to a grocery store, restaurants and most of all... A private pool! My kids loved swimming every morning and evening and I loved that Jackie provided all the towels, toys and fun stuff needed for our stay.The bedrooms were perfect for our family and the bathrooms were clean and enjoyable to use. The kitchen was well stocked with all the items needed and very convenient for a large family. Next time we'll have to bring the dog!

The house was amazing! It had everything we needed, even a big pot to boil crab legs!! Close to every store imagine and also to all kinds of beaches. The house had all beach supplies needed for adults and children, but the chairs are a little worn out. Plenty of towels, household items, and linens. There was 8 of us where our two little ones slept on the couches. The pool is so nice. Didnt go to the lake, but enjoyed the veiw.

The Green House was a delight to visit. Both inside and out was immaculately clean. We loved how cozy the house was. It was stocked with everything you might need both inside and out. The salt water heated pool was a lovely surprise! We only used the king bed in the main bedroom but really enjoyed how comfortable the mattress was. The bathroom shower was luxurious! We had to leave early because of hurricane Milton but definitely want to return next year. We had to leave

This property is exactly as listed and more!! Very roomy and very well stocked with extra pool towels, beach supplies in the garage, coolers things that we did not have to lug with us. Plenty of cookware, spices,has both a coffee pot and Kureg. Really just need to bring your clothes and groceries. The hosts level of communication was great she even takes the time to email you info about the area which was nice. Centrally located. Overall this is a great place to book!! Recommend

Great location near Beach for families pool and view a plus!

Me my husband and 5 kids 2 dogs stayed here for 4 nights. Everything was great. We would stay again. Jackie was great and her house is beautiful. The kids had fun swimming in the pool and fishing in the pond. There was so many beaches really close. We loved it so much.

Me and my wife stayed at Jackie’s to be close to Anna Maria island. Between going to Anna Maria, Cortez, and Coquina beaches we were able to do it all and inbetween enjoy the pool. Everything was close and the house was very comfortable. Will def be a future guest again :)

Our stay at Jackie's VRBO home was very nice. The pool is wonderful and the view is fantastic. Super comfy bed, awesome water pressure comfortable furniture. This house is located close to anything you need. Jackie is very responsive to any questions you have and is such a kind person. Would recommend this location!

Centrally located for all our needs

We enjoyed a relaxing week with our adult children. Multiple beach choices all within a short drive. Jackie was very helpful and responsive. Clean house with all the comforts of home. Pool with water view was also nice.
