This fantastic property has two levels with ducted air conditioning and fans throughout. On the first floor you will find two huge king bedrooms, with their own private balconies allowing comfortable sleeping for 4 guests. One bedroom has an ensuite and the other bedroom has the main bathroom adjacent. This floor also boasts a large open plan dining, living and gourmet kitchen with a balcony and BBQ. It also has a full laundry with Miele appliances.

The top level, you will find a perfect family room with a king bedroom (or can be split into 2 king singles) plus a brand- new quality sofa bed. There is also a full bathroom and a massive roof top entertaining terrace and courtyard with great views over Pittwater.

Iluka Palm Cove Penthouse has internal access to a large double lock up garage. Cafes, hairdresser and beautician and deli and bottle shop all at your doorstep. Take a stroll to beautiful Snappermans beach and relax in calm protected waters perfect for the children or head around the corner to the surf beach for a bit more action. With plenty of restaurants and activities in the area you won't be short of things to do.
