Ila's Beach House: Near IMG-Heated Salt Pool- Pets OK-Modern Organic Smart Home

It was wonderful. Wish we could have stayed longer

We loved the pool and pool area! Location was perfect for our needs and the neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. Kitchen could be better stocked. We only cooked breakfast there one day and the two fry pans that were there were well worn and utensils were scarce. Living room furniture is very uncomfortable. They did a wonderful job with the remodel just not quite there yet. Just a few tweaks and it would be perfect.

The home was clean , great and easy interaction with the hosts and the pool / backyard area was amazing!

The property was great even though we didn't have time to enjoy the beautiful pool.

We loved the backyard and pool! It was so relaxing. The bathrooms were very spacious and updated. I didn’t want to leave!

It was very clean and close to everything we wanted to see around Bradenton, especially the Spring Training games at LECOM park!

Pool is absolutely amazing... We spent most of our time in it. House is beautiful and well equipped with everything you could ever need. Interactions with the owner was great. Would stay again if we were ever in the area again.

We had a great time here. The house was very clean and the pool was amazing! 3 bathrooms was also a big plus. Our host was amazing, and very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here! The kids had a blast, the backyard was our favorite! Also we loved all the kitchen cookware. Most places you go don't have what you need & this house did! I would highly recommend!

The house is nice and the pool is amazing! The host is very thoughtful and has some common items you would need for your stay. The furniture is okay, not the most comfortable, but it wasn’t really an issue. The multiple bathrooms was a huge plus when you have different families staying together. The location is in a residential area and has access to lots of stores. Overall, a good stay!

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. The pool was very refreshing after our long days at the beach and exploring. The Ringling Brother's museum is close too, and gardens and gallery is free on Monday's. Location is great quiet neighborhood. The home is very clean and three bathrooms are a major bonus.Propery manager was very easy to reach.

We live in Tampa, but wanted to experience a different side of town close to the beaches and wanted to enjoy a pool for the long weekend. The house was very comfortable including the beds, couches, dining table etc. The pool of course was our favorite feature. The cabana provided some shade and the outdoor furniture was also very comfortable. The house is super unique in that everything is controlled from a central control panel. The only challenge we faced was learning how to properly use an induction cooktop. We would love to visit again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay visiting our granddaughter at Ilas beach house. The accommodations were wonderful. The beds were comfortable and the pool was a backyard oasis.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay while in Bradenton to watch our son play at IMG. The location was very convenient, The smart home aspect was nice, but the outside lights at night were like a prison yard. They we so bright- we had to manually turn them off every night. The pool and pool deck however, were all ye nicest we’ve ever encountered for a private house. We would definitely stay here again!

House was very clean, pool was absolutely perfect . Close to everything - beaches , stores, restaurants.some more beach equipment in the shed would have been helpful . But overall a wonderful experience !

This property fit our needs very well. The beds were all comfy and having 3 full bathrooms was a major reason we selected this house. The kitchen is a bit limited if you are planning to do lots of cooking but the back yard and the pool more than make up for it.

Cute, clean home in a quiet neighborhood. Great back yard/pool/patio area. Convenient location. Short commute to beaches, sarasota airport, stores etc. Communication with host was great. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Ila's Beach House exceeded our expectations! This fantastic vacation rental offered top-notch amenities, making it ideal for families. The warm and inviting ambience, coupled with the stunning backyard and sparkling swimming pool, created the perfect setting for our family Christmas celebration.The convenient location was a bonus – with numerous restaurants nearby and a short, easy drive to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Ila's Beach House to anyone seeking a wonderful family getaway!

Beds very comfortable . The house was spacious and clean. Well stocked with some essentials, paper goods, detergent. The pool was warm but the weather was unfortunately not . It the yard was great for our dogs , and the neighborhood was fine for walking them . I had one question about the WiFi password and the host answered promptly . It was a great spot to stay .

In town for lacrosse tournament. Two moms and two teen daughters. The beach house was absolutely perfect. Everything was provided. Communication was wonderful. The outside / pool area is beautiful. Would definitely stay again.

We traveled unexpectedly for a funeral and needed a place to stay nearby. Fortunately, this house was conveniently located close to the funeral home. Despite the somber occasion, the home provided a comforting atmosphere, and the saltwater pool was a perfect way to unwind after a long day. We appreciated that it didn’t dry out our skin or leave that strong chlorine smell, making it safe for my children to enjoy. The kitchen was well-equipped for meal preparation, and we loved gathering in the sunroom to share meals together. The outdoor grill was an added bonus; my dad loves cooking outside, which gave us a little taste of vacation, even though that wasn't the purpose of our visit. My only suggestion would be to address the dust around the furniture and beds. Overall, we had a lovely experience and truly enjoyed our stay at the house.

This property upon arriving was very open and clean. We preferred the less bulky furniture and knickknacks, and this was just perfect. A lot of the Little things were provided, which was super helpful and handy. The pool was absolutely amazing and the best part of our stay. The hosts were responsive when needed. Quiet neighborhood, close to several beaches. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!!.

The house was a great size and perfect for our friends. We really enjoyed the pool and neighborhood felt very safe. It was very close to local beaches, grocery and restaurants.
