Stayed Jul 14, 2025Alfonso was an amazing host! He is very helpful, always ready to make suggestions for activities or parking in the area. We are sad that our trip was only 5 nights! We are a family of six and we especially enjoyed the large terrace and hot tub. Thank you Alfonso!

Stayed Sep 22, 2025My wife and I had a wonderful nearly two week stay at Il Nespolo, and loved the apartment, the town of Moiano, and the hosts. We picked the apartment due to the size, location, large sun terrace, and proximity to wonderful places to visit in the region. The apartment is clean, spacious and had evening you need for a long or short stay. The large terrace is a wonderful place to spend some lazy hours sunbathing, and the hot tub was a great addition (water was always hot, and clean!)The hosts were incredibly friendly, inviting us to a small town celebration at the beautiful little church opposite - where everyone that came was cheerfulWe were also invited to help pick grapes at their family vineyard next door - a wonderful experienceThe apartment is simply furnished but had every comfort, so it's an easy space to live, even if you had childrenThe town of Moiano was also very friendly, and had a small but good selection of restaurants, cafes/bars and shops - more than enough for us to live comfortably and not need to travel to find supermarkets etc.The accommodation manager Alfonso was incredibly helpful and friendly, and we could not speak highly enough of himAlfonso gave great recommendations for local bars and restaurants, places to visit. We can absolutelyrecommend every place that he suggested. We also ran and hiked on Mount Faito, which was incredible - with stunning views of Vesuvius, Capri etc. Coffee at the Belvedere is a must! Will love to stay again

Stayed Jul 17, 2024Beautiful location in the mountains in a lovely little town with amenities. Hosts were super-helpful, assisting with recommendations for tours, restaurants etc, and providing fast help if any problems arose. Greeted us with drinks and snacks on arrival and provided plug adaptors within 15 minutes of requesting when our modern EU adaptors wouldn't work in the apartment, Can't recommend highly enough!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This holiday to Il Nespolo was great from start to finish. From selecting the property many months ago until we left this morning, everything was brilliant. The directions to the property were excellent and when we viewed it with Anna (who explained everything) it was exactly what we wanted. Anna's help and suggested trips were very helpful. In addition, the owners who lived next door were extremely friendly even though they spoke no english but at no stage were they intrusive. The property is off the beaten track 7kms up a more narrow road and not in any tourist area - you really are living with the locals, but we were happy with that. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property or Naples Villas to anyone. GREAT JOB and MANY THANKS.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We have very much enjoyed our stay in this clean apartment in Moiano and it was nice to get off the beaten track a little and we felt that we were the only tourists in the 'village' community which was still large enough to have shops and excellent pizzerias. If staying here you should be aware that it is 15 minutes drive up and down to Vico Equense on a road that you share with some crazy Italian drivers who enjoy overtaking on the hair pin bends. There are buses to take if you prefer. Once in Vico Equense then there are trains to Pompeii, Naples, Herculaneum and Sorrento. It would have been helpful if there was some information in the apartment about what to do, how to get there (including a bus timetable), where to park in Vico, when the shops and restaurants are open in Moiano. I had to spend too long researching on the internet where a little information would have saved a lot of time.(Hopefully this will be provided in the future). By the way the word 'Solarium' refers to the large sun terrace. Also it was a real bonus to have the garage with remote doors to make sure that the hire car didn't get damaged while parked on the road. The downside for us was that although the neighbours were friendly, the people in the apartment above got up every morning at 5.00 am and the sound proofing wasn't great. There were only 2 of us and there was ample space in the apartment but we noted that the other 2 bedrooms were single rooms (one has no window), maybe the sofa is a sofabed. We didn't feel that there would be a comfortable place to sit inside with more than 2 or 3 of you staying there. If you are happy with driving on a mountain road to get anywhere then Moiano is a nice place to stay and this apartment for 2 or 3 people is a good option.
