Stayed Oct 16, 2021We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The people managing it was super helpful and very sweet. We enjoyed the beach and went swimming several times even though it was the end of October. Almost every night we walked up the hill to town to have dinner and even though it is a steep walk both kids (7 and 2,5 years old) could do it on their own. We would love to come back!

Stayed May 6, 2025The apartment had lovely views and was quiet and comfortable. Be aware of the 49 steps up to the unit. We loved the town of Vico Equense but were surprised by the fact that it took an hour to drive to Sorrento, only about 8 miles away. Plan for that when scheduling excursions!

Stayed Aug 31, 2024We recently had the pleasure of staying at Domus Le Postali in Vico Equense, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The highlight of our stay was the incredibly warm welcome we received from the host, Bianca. Upon our arrival, she greeted us with a delicious homemade Limoncello, which truly set the tone for a perfect Italian holiday. Bianca was so kind and made us feel right at home, offering helpful tips and recommendations throughout our stay. The communication with Alfonso from the agency was seamless as well. He was always available and responded quickly to any questions we had, ensuring everything ran smoothly during our stay. His professionalism and attention to detail were very much appreciated. The property itself was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from modern amenities to charming decor. The location was ideal for exploring the Amalfi Coast, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and the beach. Overall, we highly recommend Domus Le Postali for anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Vico Equense. The combination of Bianca’s hospitality and Alfonso’s excellent communication made our stay truly memorable. We can't wait to return!

Stayed Jan 4, 2020We can’t recommend this experience more! Alfonso was excellent to work with, Bianca and her sons took care of us from start to finish, with special touches like homemade orange jam and limoncello to start off our visit. The home was so unique and clean and well appointed. The only thing we missed out on was the bars and restaurants which were closed during the off season.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The overall experience of the accommodation and the hosts was perfect. The accommodation was very clean and provided everything we needed for the perfect holiday. Upon arrival we were met by Bianca and Giuseppe who took us down to the apartment in the car. Giuseppe then gave us lots of local information about the trains, busses , local attractions and places to eat. It is a perfect location to explore Pompei, Amalfi, Sorrento, Vesuvius and Herculaneum. The welcome basket we had upon arrival provided us with everything we needed for the first night, coffee, jams, honey, biscuits , bread and especially the limoncello which was delicious . Nothing was too much trouble, they even let us borrow the beach towels after we had checked out and stored our cases until our departure. Giuseppe the took us back up the hill to the bus stop. It was lovely and quiet where the apartment is situated and a very short walk to the beach which was lovely. It was a 15 minute walk into Vico Equense up a hill where there are shops and restaurants . We enjoyed the walk but there is a local bus that comes every half hour if you want to take the bus. We had an amazing time in Italy and a big thankyou to our hosts.

Stayed Aug 3, 2019We visited this beach front apartment in early August, and it was a great base for exploring the local area. Be prepared for a steep uphill walk to the train station (or take the local bus that runs every half hour) but from there you can reach all of the major attractions (Pompeii, Vesuvius, Herculaneum, Sorrento, Mount Faito) quickly and cheaply without having to brave the roads. The apartment itself is lovely - the air conditioning works very well, inside is quiet, and the terrace is a lovely relaxing place overlooking the sea and the beach with great views. It is comfortable and well equipped - even with 5 (one on the sofa bed) we had enough space, although 4 people would be more comfortable. And the wifi was good. Bianca and her family are very friendly, helpful and accommodating, being close by but in no way intrusive. The welcome pack of food was a lovely touch, and the homemade marmalade and limoncello were special. The local town has some good places to eat, and is less touristy than nearby Sorrento. Overall a great location, a wonderful apartment, and we would definitely return.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My husband and I stayed at this wonderful coastal apartment in a lovely town called Vico Equense which is near Sorrento for a short break in January. The apartment is immaculate and well-kept. It is spacious and fully equipped with all that you will need on your holiday. It has a lovely terrace overlooking the beach. We were lucky with the weather and so were able to spend some time on the terrace. We will definitely return in the Summer time so we can spend more time on the terrace and enjoy the beach and turquoise sea. We hired a car and parked it in the free, allocated parking space. We used it to visit the local sites - Pompeii, Naples, Sorrento and Positano. However, you could walk from the apartment to Vico Equense's town centre where you can get the train to Pompeii, Naples and Sorrento. There are many restaurants and pizzerias nearby including one in the town centre which sells pizza by the metre! Delicious! The owner, Bianca, is a kind and helpful lady. Nothing was too much trouble and she even gave us a bottle of her homemade limoncello on our departure. I would definitely recommend this property and we can't wait to go back.

Stayed May 24, 2018If you decide to explore west part of Campania - Vico Equense is the right place to stay. If you don’ like to drive and prefer to gave glass of wine, you easily can travel by train Circumvesuviana, which is 15 minutes walk from apartment, and go to Sorrento, Napoli or Pompeii. Apartment is spacy, very clean and newly equipped, but the best part is of course terrace. It is large, overlooking the beach, with big family table and beach chairs - perfect to have breakfast or enjoy sunbath. Place is really quite, 20 m from beach. Bianca and her family are very friendly and helpful, and welcome snacks and homemade Limoncello is just perfect start if stay, especially if you arrive late in the evening. Especially thanks Alfonso for taking care of our arrival.
