It is an extraordinary place with all you need to enjoy the traditional Maine beach experience! The cottage was clean and comfy. It is a must-do if you want to spend some time on the coast of Maine. It will become a tradition for us every year!
we love the location, it is private. Love the front porch. We enjoy walking out in the bay at low tide. for three years the family renting next door have been there. Their three children are similar in age to our grandchildren and the kids are in and out of the house, sleeping in the tent, and playing games. It is fabulous.
Wonderful trip, despite the weather!
Stayed at this property before. It is comfortable and my family loves the feeling of having the cove and beach to ourselves. The views are lovely, as was our stay.
We love the lawn space for games and a tent. The view from the porch of the bays in front and to the right are spectacular. The beach, the rocks, a beach, the rocks, and more beaches are a lot of fun for adults and grandchildren. A daily walk out on the mud flats at low tide towards the ocean is refreshing and amazing. It is a good mile out and back and you could walk further. Lots of shells on the beach. Arising the first morning to a steaming cup of coffee while rocking on the porch is my favorite moment of the day. Our grandchildren (3) and the children next door (3) play together constantly and have much fun exploring and playing games.
Wonderful getaway!
Property was pleasant with beautiful views.
The property was great however the issue with the sulfur smell in the water ruined the fun of the whole stay. Plus the lack of cleanliness
Lovely location. Private beach was fantastic. Cottage has all the necessities. We so enjoyed the screened-in porch. We are 6, long term friends. This rental is also wonderful for families! Our thanks to Lisa and Fred. Michelle C.
