Stayed Aug 15, 2024Our family thoroughly enjoyed a long summer weekend at this home. Great house and incredibly generous management staff and owners! There was plenty of room for 13 of us. We could easily play together or find someplace to be alone. We especially enjoyed the top deck where we ate, played, and peeked at the beach. When we first arrived, the house was a little dirty (apparently leftover from the previous renters). The management staff promptly helped us. In addition, the property owners reached out to us. They reassured us that the property never shows that way. The owners genuinely strive to keep the house clean and ready for renters. The beach was lovely and not crowded. It was an easy walk from the house. We would definitely seek to rent this home again.

Stayed Sep 23, 2022Just a few steps to the beach! We had a great time here, check-in instructions were detailed and accurate. The house is quite vertical, which was fine for us but the spiral stairs were hard for our pups. The living room on the top floor was a bit small for all of us to watch a movie together, but the dining room was fine for a big family meal of 6 adults, 2 kids, and 2 dogs. Lots of bedrooms and beach equipment and kitchen supplies.

Stayed Aug 27, 2022This home was wonderful...plenty of rooms for each family member to have their own space, with a beautiful third floor entertaining area with kitchen, open living room, & outdoor deck. Fun little game room on the 1st floor with ping-pong (& pool) that we enjoyed. The house is less than half a block to the beach; neighborhood & beach is not overly crowded which was really great!! It's also very close to the bay, and we found a good launching off area for our kayak and paddle boards, as well as playing fetch in the water with our dog. The house provided all the amenities that you could want...beach chairs, umbrellas, games, tv/cable, toys for kids (which we didn't need) laundry machines, etc... They have bikes as well and it's not too far of a ride to the main part of town with all the shops...so that was fun too! All in all, a really wonderful experience for us!

Stayed May 20, 2022We stayed at this beautiful house for a weekend with 9 family members. We unanimously agreed that this home was wonderful, with many private nooks. The decor, the comfort of the mattresses (which were deep set), and the plentiful amenities were all great. Lisa and Michael responded to my inquiries immediately, and provided clear instructions for everything in the house. The kitchen had every possible cooking and serving tool we could possibly need. The Keurig, electric tea kettle (and tea bags) were very much appreciated) as were the treats they left for us. There are tons of great restaurants and activities in the area. The beach access is diagonally across the road, and the street the house is on is very peaceful. The proximity to Bethany’s business district and Boardwalk, which were less than 2 miles away, make it a perfect location for souvenir shopping, but we were reluctant to leave the house too often because it was so comfortable and relaxing. The garden was a little overgrown, but we didn’t spend any time in the yard as the upper wrap-around decks were great, with plentiful lounge chaises, and the barbecue grill. We especially appreciated all the beach accessories… the beach chairs, umbrellas, the bikes… even a beach wheeler with balloon wheels was provided, so we just needed our swimsuits, towels, and flip flops. We highly recommend this house, and definitely will stay here again if we're in the area in the future!
