Idyllic, self catering holiday home, close to the village of Adare,. Limerick.

Breakfast food for the first day was graciously provided by the owner. Accommodations for our 7 adults family was very spacious. If coming from the US be aware the are switches in the bathroom to active hot water in the showers. We had a hiccup with the hot water supply but the owner was very quick to resolve the issue. The close proximity to town (6 minute drive) provide d restaurants/pubs, food store, pharmacy, gasoline, church, shopping…. I highly recommend this house.

Angela’s property was very clean and had well appointed rooms. The breakfast items were perfectly chosen for a nice morning meal.

The house was nice and big and accommodated my group who was in town for a wedding. We thought the house would be a lot closer to town than it was, so just had to manage transportation. Stay was nice for the most part however we did see what appeared to be mouse droppings show up at different areas as well as some pretty large spiders throughout the house. The host was communicative however failed to provide the type of check out instructions that she expected to see which resulted in some disagreement and an overcharge. Overall if not for the tense communication afterward, the stay was fine.

Absolutely stunning house, everything was perfect ! Closely located to the Woodland place hotel which has a fab restaurant . We will definitely be back. Angela was so easy to deal with and left us a very thoughtful breakfast , some fab bread and Orange juice and eggs, what a lovely touch .

Beautiful property and lots of room for our extended family! (2 bedrooms with their own bathroom/shower! Plus two more bathrooms for the other 3 bedrooms.) Very conveniently located to our family wedding in Adare and within a couple hours of some great tours of Ring of Kerry and the Cliffs of Mohr. When we had an issue with the power in one of the bedrooms, the owner was there within minutes to help with the circuit breaker. We would highly recommend for a family gathering!

From the beginning to the end all went very well. Lovely home in the perfect location. Home is fully equipped and perfect for a large family or group traveling as there is ample space to spread out and just enjoy!

Great house for a family trip

Wonderful property. Easy to get to the town of Adare. It was a lovely stay.

We had group of 8 and we enjoyed the home and its amenities, including the sunroom outside. The hosts were accomodating and had stocked essentials which were appreciated. We did a lot of driving but found the location accessible and the town of Adere was fantastic.

My family had the best stay at Angelas home. We were admiring how gorgeous the layout was and how well it accommodated all nine of us. Angela was incredibly helpful with any questions I had, even stopping by to assist. We truly appreciate the hospitality.

This was a great home for my family as we spent a holiday in Ireland with the absolute highlight being the add-on dinner of authentic cuisine on our first night. It allowed us to explore another culture and grow closer across 3 generations on family. Simply Outstanding! I highly recommend this dinner and the house.

Fannisgstown House was perfect for our family of 7 when visiting the beautiful country of Ireland. Each couple and teenager had their own bathroom which everyone appreciated tremendously! Angela responded to any and all questions immediately and was very helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed the house tremendously and still had time to drive out every day to tour sites that were within short driving distances. A terrific experience and terrific house!

We cannot say enough about this home. Beautiful and welcoming. We were a group of 9 including three families. We rented the house before checking into our hotel for a family wedding. The house was perfect! Everything you needed was included. We were sad to leave and check into our hotel. Had we known we would have stayed in the house the entire time. Booking was seamless and even though we had a bit of trouble finding the place when we arrived in Ireland, Angela was very responsive and in no time we were all set. Lovely home lovely host. I would recommend staying here.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Fanningstown House. It is very spacious and clean. We spent a lot of time in the Sunroom when we were at the house. It's charming. Angela was very accommodating and always promptly responded to any questions. It was a great stay.

The house was lovely, lots of room, great for our family to stay. It's close to main street in Adare - a short drive, and in a residential area so it was nice and quiet. The only complaints are that the water temperature was fussy - hot then cold, and some of the fixtures in the bathroom very old and need replacement/repair. There also was not a whirlpool/hot tub, as listed, only a sitting tub (with no whirlpool). However, we were overall pleased with our stay here.
