We have rented in Chatham for years and finally decided to get a place of our own so know the area well. Reach out if any questions, recommendations, or issues during your stay.
Our stay at Piece of Cape was absolutely wonderful! The house was clean, had everything we needed (and more!) for a week on the Cape, was in a great location (close to beaches, downtown, etc) and truly felt like home. Mike was very responsive and helpful. If you have the chance to stay here; you absolutely should!
Enjoyed our stay in this pretty and quaint cape cod home. in a quiet neighborhood. Good location for our daughter's wedding in Harwich and a quiet neighborhood. A short drive to beaches, and Chatham. Nice yard for playing with family and a nice deck for relaxing. The home had all the things we needed for the 4 day wedding weekend stay.
This is the 2nd time we've stayed at Mike's property and plan to stay here any time we come up to Chatham! The layout of the house worked perfectly for our 3.5 year old and 9m old twins. Nice open floor plan on main level - fenced in flat backyard and nice deck off the kitchen! Also newly remodeled basement with additional bed and bath (love what you did down there!) excellent central location- near airport and restaurants and quick drive to town! Can't recommend this place enough!
I brought my mom and 2 of her sisters to the cape to celebrate my mom’s 65th birthday. We stayed for 3 nights, The house was perfect! We enjoyed a lot of time on the back deck. The open dining room/living room was a great place for us all to hang out and play cards. The kitchen had everything we needed, although we enjoyed eating out and ordering out for our trip. The house was very clean and in a great location. We were a short 5-10 min drive to restaurants, shopping and beaches! We would stay here again for sure!
We enjoyed our off season stay in this bright and airy cape. The house was very clean and included towels and sheets, which is a plus. The owner was easy to contact if I had a question. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for getting steps!
