Ideally Located Luxe Beach House on Tybee Island

We had a wonderful time on Tybee Island, in spite of unusually cold weather! Our host was welcoming and interested in how we were doing. Because of the intensely cold (and unusual) weather, an outside pipe bust the night before our arrival. The host let us know and work faithfully to take care of the issue. The house is in a good location and the pictures are accurate. It is clean and well maintained.

We had a wonderful time and the house was perfect for what we needed. The host graciously let us know that the property was ready early if we wanted to check in which was really nice! Great location, walking distance to the beach and close to restaurants.

This was the best vacation we have had. The house was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. It had everything needed for a family like beach towels, chairs, pots, pans, dishes etc. It was located very close to the beach and it was surrounded by excellent restaurants and fun activities. I suggest renting a golf cart from Tybee Golf Carts to get around the island. We didn't want to leave. We will definitely stay here again

We were very surprised to find lots of beach gear: chairs, toys, wagon, cooler, towels. The house was clean and we had plenty of room. The screened porch was very nice.

We stayed here with our toddler and loved the location: a peaceful, safe neighborhood with the beach, playground, and lighthouse all within easy walking distance. The layout was perfect for families, giving us plenty of space to spread out and for our little one to explore. Our only concerns were cleanliness and cookware condition. The shower liners were stained with pink buildup, the master tub still had hairs when we arrived, and under the couch clearly hadn’t been vacuumed (with a toddler we're sitting on the floor alot). A few of the Teflon pans were scratched, which made cooking feel a bit risky. Overall, a wonderful spot for families in a great location—if the cleanliness issue is resolved, this would easily be five stars all around.

Our family of 4 generations had a stellar time. Enjoyed walking around the area in the evening., climbing the light house, e- biking in Savanna. The house is very comfortable and well supplied with kitchen equipment. Will come again.

We stayed for my birthday weekend, we had a great time. The house was well equipped and Amber was very accommodating.

Pictures on line and real life are not accurate at all. Major plumbing issue occurred and the owner did not handle it professionally. They even new about the issue. I'm sure they are nice people but would NOT recommend staying there. Not clean or professionally maintained.

This is a great house in an awesome location with all the amenities you need. Would definitely come back. The house is at the upper end of the island and off the main road so you dont have to deal with the heavy traffic. Jack was awesome and answered questions quickly. Susie was also quick to bring us one item we asked for. The house was fresh, clean, well lit, and had everything we needed for our entire family. The wagon that is provided doesn't have 'balloon wheels' so its a little hard to pull in the sand, I'd say that is the only thing I would recommend to be upgraded. The beds are comfy and we had plenty of room for 3 cars, you can easily fit 6-7 if you use the driveway as well. The walk to the North Beach access is an easy 5-10 minute walk. You can also drive and use the $4/hr parking lot as well. There is a island wide parking app that I used as well, just set it up before you need it so you dont spend a lot of time doing that on the side of the road wasting vacation time. There are also the obligatory beach shops along the strip with plenty of places to eat and hang out. The pier at the south end is worth a visit along with strolling the sidewalks to drop into a shop or two.

We spent a week on Tybee but easily could have stayed and enjoyed the house and island for a month! The house was perfect for our family of 4 (with 2 kids under 10) but would also be a great spot for a trip with friends. It was a quick walk to the beach and a great restaurant, marine science museum and a short ride from other places to eat, shop and fish. We were pleasantly surprised by the wagon and other beach equipment. The house was well furnished, comfortable and extremely clean. The screened in porch was great for rainy afternoons and you can see the lighthouse from the deck. Neighborhood was quiet and great for biking. Host provided everything we could possibly have needed. We’d definitely stay here again.

Booked this house with my family for my fiancé birthday, the house is very clean, plenty of space for everyone, only 0.3 miles from the beach, I will definitely booked it again next time.

Love the quiet North Beach location near the lighthouse and beach access. Everything we needed for an enjoyable & comfortable stay was provided. We rented a golf cart nearby and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We plan on staying here again.

HOUSE WAS WONDERFUL AND WELL SUPPLIED WITH BEACH ITEMS 3 BLOCKS FROM BEACH AND LIGHTHOUSE HAD A WONDERFUL TRIP

The house was in an excellent location on the quiet north end of the island. The home was beautiful for our family and exactly as described.

We had a very pleasant stay in this house. It’s a couple of blocks from the beach, but not a bad walk. We had everything we needed, including beach chairs and a wagon for easy transport to the beach. Comfortable beds, and the neighborhood is very quiet. We’d definitely stay here again!
