Ideal Sea Colony Townhome Near the Beach W/ Shared Amenities, Large Deck & WiFi

Great vacation! Close to the beach and also to some of our favorite restaurants! Beaches, pools, gym and great for bike riding too! Everything you need for the best time! Always feels like home away from home! ?

For over 40 years we have vacationed in Bethany Beach and stayed in many Sea Colony units. We love them!! Always some better than others. But we always return and will continue. The beach is beautiful/wonderful and the amenities are the best. Wouldn’t be a summer vacation without visiting Bethany Beach.

This house was in the perfect location in sea colony. You can walk to the beach and restaurants and shops are literally right behind you, but it doesn’t seem that way because it’s not loud. There is a pool steps away and this had plenty of space for a family of seven including three kids.

The location was great. Amenities were amazing. My kids loved the pool and the splash pad. That said the trams were unreliable and we ended up walking everywhere as a result. We were overall happy with the stay but another thing we didn’t appreciate were the extensive fees when booking though vacasa.

This was our favorite vacasa booking after going to Bethany beach for 3 years. It was a perfect location, very roomy and clean. Kitchen well stocked with cooking supplies. The porch was huge and perfect for drying beach things and hanging out as a family of four. We can’t wait to stay again!

My family had a great week. The weather, amenities at Sea Colony, Beach and shopping was perfect. Will definitely visit again.

It is a great house in a great location. Easy access to coastal highway for either trips into Ocean City, MD or in the other direction to Rehoboth Beach, DE. 3 great restaurants right around the corner within walking distance. I had a great time.

We had a great weekend at this home. There was lots of space, an open floor plan, and a well-stocked kitchen. It was about as close as you can be in Sea Colony to the main drag and the beach without being in the towers. The house was tucked away and quiet while still being a quick walk to food and fun.

Check in was great. Quick and easy. After a VERY long day of beach and tennis, my girlfriend and I left for dinner, came back, and was ready for bed. For some reason, the front door would not lock. We called property management and was told that someone would be out to help us within 15-30 min. I thought that that was a fair amount of time to secure our safety. One hour passes, I call back, a new operator answers and says, to be honest, if they haven’t come out after your first call and the first hour, they’re probably not going to come. We wouldn’t take that as an answer, we were two females staying in an unfamiliar shelter, they MUST come out or we will not be able to sleep unless the doors are properly locked. I asked to speak to a manager and the operator said all she can do is relay the message and that’s not even a guarantee call back! Needless to say, two hours into this fiasco, we were able to get the lock situation fixed. Our next issue actually made me so furious! On the day of checkout, my girlfriend and I woke up early and decided to go to the beach and grab an early morning breakfast. When we came back to the condo at 9am (checkout was supposed to be at 10am) someone entered our condo without us knowing, completely cleaned out the place, (toilets sealed with the clean and sanitized tape) our towels had been taken away, as if we were checked out already! We haven’t even checked out yet and the keys were still in my possession! POOR property management is all I can say. I’m hoping this was just a fluke on their end.
