Ideal Scottsdale location for Perfect Desert Vacation - Cozy & well equipped

We took a family trip this spring to the Phoenix area and were very happy with the accommodations. The house was easy to find & centrally located for our stay in Scottsdale. We enjoyed the sleeping arrangements, the morning coffee and the fresh squeezed juice from the orange trees in the yard. Our host was delightful to correspond with in preparing for our stay and checking out. Thank you.

This home was beautiful and perfectly located in North Scottsdale in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The property is conveniently located relative to downtown Phoenix and the Convention Center, Glendale and is an easy two-hour drive to Sedona. There is a wide array of wonderful restaurants within minutes from the home as well as ample shopping and entertainment options. Vicki is the most gracious host we've ever had the pleasure of working with over the years. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful visit. We have visited Phoenix three times in the past year and this property will always be our first choice for future stays. Dave K

This house was great and close to many places in Scottsdale that we wanted to see. Also very dog friendly. Our dog loved the size of the yard. Would absolutely stay here again.

Property was located in a pleasant and quiet neighborhood which was conducive to morning walks, etc. The property was also conveniently located near major shopping and dining venues. The property itself, however, had some issues. On the outside, the advertised green grass areas are instead bare dirt and the furniture is tired, at best. Inside there a number of differed maintenance issues noted. These included guest bathroom shower not usable because of a broken temperature control. Plumbing in guest bathroom was very slow and in other areas tiles were missing, plaster falling off the wall. Part of the reclining couch does not work and bathroom doors would not close properly. All in all, the host needs to consider taking the property out of service for a while and get things repaired and presentable as advertised. Jon & Cyndi March, 2022

The pictures online is not what you get when you arrive. There was no green grass in backyard just dirt. The French door had shattered glass in it. The doors to the bathrooms would not shut. There was an issue with a shower not working the owner tried to get repaired but was unsuccessful. Lighting was bad. The home was full of personal belongings of owner.

Great place to stay for golf trip.

Property was perfect for our needs of being close to the Mayo Clinic while my wife went thru surgery and recovery .Vicki was very helpful and always just a text away for questions . If needed in the future and available we will stay again. Thanks

very nice property and close to all amenities. We had our 2 dogs with us and they loved the very large yard. Great neighborhood too!

Outstanding property in a great location. There were some problems with the bathrooms but the owner responded immediately and graciously. We definitely would rent this again.
