Stayed May 23, 2025The house fit our needs perfectly as we had a family wedding at the nearby hotel! Everything was extremely clean and well stocked! Patty was very, very helpful in assisting us and I highly recommend a stay at her home!

Stayed May 16, 2025We absolutely loved our stay here. So many VRBO‘s lack warmth but this house felt like we were staying at the home of a friend. Everything you could think of was available at the house from detergent and extra toothpaste to beach chairs and bikes. The home is relaxing and inviting and the beds were comfy! The town is so cute and we enjoyed walking to Christy’s and the Wharf to eat -just a short block away. If you are visiting Yale, we found it to be an easy 25 min drive. Patty is an excellent host and great communicator. We will be back!

Stayed Aug 31, 2023Our family stayed in this beautiful beach home for almost a week and it could not have been better! The home was perfect for our needs. It was extremely clean, well stocked and just a beautiful interior. Communication with the owner was excellent - she is very informative & responsive. Location is great. In short… we had a fantastic time in this fantastic home!

Stayed Aug 24, 2023We stayed for four nights with family for an end of summer getaway. There are four good size bedrooms and the sitting room off the master is a huge amount of additional space. In our case, this was a perfect area for our 9 month olds crib. The house came equipped with just about anything you could need and a grocery store is just minutes away in town! The beach is a very short walk and Surf Club beach is only about 1/2 mile. I recommend Christie’s, which is steps away, for breakfast! Overall, communication was great and a wonderful experience overall.
