Highly recommend! My family and I vacation a lot and this is by far the best place we’ve ever stayed. Owner literally thought of everything from coffee to extra linen. Owner definitely went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The scones and cookies were absolutely delicious. Our kids enjoyed the games. Location is great and close to everything. 5/5 would definitely stay here again :)

We have stayed in short term rentals for years and have never had such a thoughtful host. For three moms traveling for a break her hospitality was a breath of fresh air. Home was clean and well stocked.

Beautiful place with plenty of antique charm, right at the heart of downtown Gettysburg. The amenities are modern in terms of comfort and technology, but the period decor is faithfully preserved and maintained. The hosts are extremely nice.

Location was great! The house was beautifully decorated with everything you would need for a stay. The hosts added some personal touches that were much appreciated. Would definitely recommend for a stay.

Staying at Pete & Tina’s truly felt like being in a home away from home. My family and I absolutely loved every minute of our stay—it was clear how much thought they put into the experience, from the incredibly warm welcome to all the thoughtful 'special touches' throughout the house. The space was perfect for our group, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax, and the location couldn't be better with the town square just a short walk away. If you’re planning a group trip to Gettysburg, I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

The refrigerator was stocked with water, the coffee bar was amazing and there were fresh baked for us cookies on arrival! Parking was easy and the location was perfect.

This was the best VRBO my family has ever stayed at! By far! Correct depiction of four private queen bedrooms! Perfect parking in parking garage right behind the property. With access in the back of the house, very convenient and accessible. The Codori’s did not skimp on supplies. From coffee and teas, to bottled water and Perrier! To soaps and shampoo! And home baked cookies and scones! Like I said, we have stayed at about 20 houses through the last 10 years, this was the G.O.A.T!

This is the nicest house we’ve rented through VRBO and our second time at this property. The property is spotless and so cozy and accommodating. Also the perfect location to get around Gettysburg. Thank you Pete and Tina for such a warm welcome. The homemade pumpkin scones were an hit and the recipe would be appreciated; same for the brownie cookies! Our second stay was just as enjoyable as the first. The host is easy to communicate with and has few “rules” to abide by. The one we like best is to sit back and relax! We look forward to our next stay!

This house was a fabulous fit for 3 couples to stay! The house is also way cozier than the pictures show! There were fresh baked pastries waiting for us! Ice in the freezer, stocked coffee bar, and plenty of all the essentials! We were just a block or so from Gettysburg town square where there were shops and restaurants! 2 free parking spots right out our steps! Prompt response every time from our hosts! I highly recommend this home! We were close to so many beautiful areas! The Battlefield, the museum, the Amish country! We had the best trip!

This place was beautiful. The pastries and welcome card that were left when we first walked in was a nice touch. Everything was clean and there was a nice binder with information on what was close and available. What we really loved was that it was in walking distance to many of the places we wanted to see. We definitely are planning on staying again in the future.

This home is wonderful!! It is everything that is stated in the description and more. When looking for a vacation place, our most important requirement is the accessibility. We were thrilled to find this home is truly ADA. From the ramp in the back to the first-floor bathroom and bedroom, it met all of our needs. This alone took away all of the stress we usually encounter when looking for accessible accommodations.Although we did not cook, the kitchen is fabulous. It has beautiful appliances and an inviting coffee bar with many coffee and tea selections. There were also homemade baked goods waiting for us when we arrived. That was a very special surprise and much appreciated.The house is very clean and beautifully decorated. It is very warm and inviting. I loved that all of the upstairs bedrooms felt as though they had their own personalities.It was a real treat to come home after a busy day to relax and watch some tv.We met one of the hosts, Tina. She was great! She helped out when I couldn't get in the door (my fault) and came over to fix a problem with the tv.Another bonus was having a washer and dryer in the basement. We loved not having to take laundry home with us.We had a great time in Gettysburg, and staying in this home made it better. We loved it!! We won't stay anywhere else when visiting this part of Pa.

Great place and located

This place was immaculate! Perfectly situated close to town and accommodated all of us wonderfully. My parents who were in their 80s enjoyed the first floor. It had everything they needed as well. Definitely would recommend this place if visiting Gettysburg. Pete and Tina were wonderful hosts.

We had a wonderful weekend. The house is in a great location and easily walkable to downtown. It had everything we needed and even extras! The homemade cookies and scones were a great welcome and we appreciated the complimentary coffee and water. It was also nice to have the linens provided and the bathrooms were also well stocked. The beds were super comfortable which is an added bonus when you’re away from home. We would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Gettysburg. Thank you so much for making our family weekend so enjoyable.

We had an excellent stay in Gettysburg. The property met our needs very well and it worked well for the diverse group we had. The property was very clean. It was a nice after a day of site seeing and fun events to come back to the house and relax and cook a meal. The children could play and the older adults could unwind while supper was prepared. Having the child friendly dishes was a bonus. The property was everything we could hope for when we booked the reservation.

Our second time staying at Cordori. Outstanding! Hosts are fabulous.

This was hands-down the best VRBO I've ever stayed in. Tina, the hostess, was extremely responsive and helpful. The home has everything you need and more! Upon arrival we found some homemade muffins and scones with a note from the hosts welcoming us to their home. The decor was perfect with a wonderful Gettysburg vibe. The beds were so comfortable and the front porch was perfect for relaxing on. We spoke with the neighbors a few times and they were very nice.We can't say enough good things about our entire experience and look forward to staying here again in the future!

This was one of the best houses we've stayed at. Everything we needed was there and then some. The rooms were beautiful and the house was immaculate. You really had the feel of being hosted by family rather than someone out to make money.

The Codori property was perfect for our stay in Gettysburg. The house was just what we needed with space for everyone and extra spaces to spread out and not feel on top of each other. We really enjoyed the complimentary scones and muffins that greeted us and all of the historical books spread around the house. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay at this Gettysburg property! Entire house was sparkling clean. The kitchen was new and beautiful. The 3-level living was perfect for a family with teenagers. Also enjoyed the 3 different living areas with tv s and comfortable furniture for relaxing. Even the laundry area was clean and new. The owners were very thoughtful leaving homemade baked goods and plenty of drinks etc. We hope to return very soon!

Absolutely great host, first and foremost! We had a great stay and felt welcome from the start. Location is perfect walking distance to everything except the south most part of the battlefield. Book it!

The home is lovely and exactly as described. The hosts have thought of everything - from a wonderful coffee bar, to providing water and toiletries. The kitchen is well appointed and beds extremely comfortable. We loved it!!

Our family of 6 adults and a one year old thoroughly enjoyed the house and the great location. The home is furnished in a lovely, comfortable style with some glamorous touches. This property is ideally located just one block from the main Lincoln square with dedicated and covered parking in the garage behind the house. The interior is up-to-date and comfortable. You can tell that Pete and Christina have put thought into the little details that would make a difference to guests, including the morning drink station, the smart TVs on every level, and the simplified check-out process. They also left a hand-written welcome with fresh local apples and pastries from a local shop. These personal touches stand out over other past VRBO stays across the country. I would recommend this property to others traveling to Gettysburg and I would stay there again.

We were in Gettysburg for 5 nights and Tina and Pete were the most accommodating and welcoming hosts we have ever had. The house was beautiful and cozy and we could not have asked for a nicer place to stay for the 5 of us. The house truly added a special and memorable touch to our vacation. We will definitely stay again.

This was the fourth vacation home we have stayed at in Gettysburg and hands down the best from the very start. Pete and Tina are excellent hosts. The communication with the hosts was timely, informative, and overall excellent. Ease of check-in was greatly appreciated giving an access code easily remembered. The box of Panera pastries, fully stocked coffee bar, and selection of drinks in the frig gave us a well needed break upon arrival. And for years I have wondered why hosts had renters do so much clean up at the end of your stay when you pay a cleaning fee…not here, simply strip the beds you used and place sheets and towels in the bathrooms! Now that is a vacation! We plan on staying here each year that it is available for our annual family get together.

This was a girls weekend for six college friends. Everything about the property was perfect. Very clean. Walking distance to the business district. Quiet. And the host provided us with lots of information about sightseeing and other activities..

My family simply could not have asked for a better experience than what we had at Pete and Tina's home. The location is steps away from downtown and the parking garage is super convenient. The home itself was exactly as described, immaculate, and it offered everything we could have needed and more! Pete and Tina are so easy to communicate with, and they went out of their way to help make our weekend stay an amazing experience. Next time we visit, this will be the first place we look to stay!

We loved our stay! Beautiful home, extremely clean and attractive, we had 4 couples and it was perfect! Very convenient to the center of town, we walked to breakfast in the mornings. Owners left a box of delicious fresh pastries and ass’t waters in fridge. Great experience.

We rented this house for a family vacation... including grandparents and kids. The house is in a perfect location. Very close walking distance to many restaurants & shops(1-3 blocks) and maybe a 10 minute walk to many museums and tours. So many extra amneties included in this rental; Pete & Tina thought of everything. This was the best rental experience we've had. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Codori Place on Stratton and Pete and Tina were extraordinary in every way. The house is commodious and extremely comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. We loved both the house and its location near where our daughter lives on the same Gettysburg street, near to restaurants and shops etc. But the biggest plus was the great kindness of Pete and Tina when I had a medical emergency and had to be checked into the hospital overnight. There was a vacancy for several days after our departure date, so we were able to stay two nights longer, which allowed me to rest and get ready for the return home to North Carolina. That kindness will not be forgotten, and we hope to return some day. Gibbons and Kay Ruark

This place is fantastic! First class accommodation. Everything is quality. Pete and Tina supply you with everything a guest could need in the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room. A lot of special touches. Their communication made the check in and parking process easy. The location is tremendous to walk to all Gettysburg has to offer. 5 star in every aspect!
