Stayed Nov 27, 2025My family and I had a fantastic time at Blue Coat Cottage. We were welcomed with a lovely personal welcome note and some mini cupcakes! The house is spotless and has everything you might need on a trip such as a fully equipped kitchen and lots of towels etc. It's so cozy and was perfect place to retreat to after exploring Gettysburg. There was anple space for 6 people. We were traveling with 2 children and they loved the games that were also provided. Thank you Lee Ann and Scott. We would not hesitate to recommend Blue Coat Cottage.

Stayed May 4, 2025The Bluecoat Cottage was perfect for our stay. Peaceful and quiet after several day of touring Gettysburg and Shrine in Emmittsburg. I loved the patio and porch, the sound of the birds and the farmers sheep down the street. accommodations were excellent and provided everything that we needed.

Stayed Apr 9, 2025Of the many places to choose from in this area, we were lucky to have selected the Blue Coat Cottage. The location outside of town was lovely and relaxing, yet close to every place we wanted to visit. The property was very clean, and the hosts had provided thoughtful Touches that made the home very welcoming. Highly recommend!

Stayed Nov 27, 2024Immaculate home with every detail covered with all the comforts of home. We were in town to visit family and will book again. I loved the soft water shower and laundry. Close to everything and yet secluded. This is perfect for 2 to 6 guests 5 Stars for all categories .

Stayed Aug 27, 2024Property was cozy and clean. Lee Ann thought of everything including extra fans upstairs, extension cords for phone chargers, and motion sensor lights in the bathroom at night. We really enjoyed it and would love to come back. Felt like we were far away, but could be in downtown Gettysburg in 5 minutes.

Stayed Jun 15, 2024This was the cutest cottage! It was close enough to all the sights and amenities of Gettysburg while at the same time feeling like you were miles away from civilization. It was the perfect quiet retreat and it truly felt like home. We had a wonderful time.
