Ideal Location, Charming 4 bedroom home w Pool, fenced yard.

Great location, near many good restaurants and Park Avenue shops. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood that has good walking paths. The house is very clean and well kept with modern bathroom fixtures, kitchen

These are the most amazing hosts ever! We had a fire in our house and had to find a place quickly. They let us check in early and were so caring during our time of need. We brought our dog and they even had a basket filled with treats for her. We also didn’t know when we were going to find a long term place to stay. The owners told us not to stress and said that if we needed more time they would help us. They also gave us late check out to give us time to move our stuff. They checked in on us throughout our stay to see how we were doing and if we needed anything else. The beds were comfy, the place was clean and it had everything we needed. In a world where we sometimes only hear the bad, this was a nice reminder of how wonderful people can be.

Gary and Stacey have a lovely, cozy home and are both very professional, courteous, and communicative.

The location was wonderful. The walk to the Blue Jacket Park brought back many memories of my Boot camp experience. It is now a posh location close to many wonderful restaurants and short drive to downtown Winter Park.

House suited our family well. The beds were comfortable. The house was clean. The pool was ready for us but the weather too chilly. We had my son's dog with us and there was enough grass that she could run a bit in the fenced backyard. I would recommend this rental for a stay in the Orlando/Winter Park area.

Spacious, comfortable and well equipped property with an old Florida vibe. Ideally located for a week with family. Bonus was the Halloween walkabout in the adjacent Baldwin Park neighborhood. A great time had by all family members.

Our stay was nice. The house was exactly as advertised, no surprises on arrival. The owner communicated well with us. Check in and check out were simple. The house is a bit older but clean and maintained. The pool was nice to use in the June heat. Lots of extra towels available. We had a party of 8 adults. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed for preparation. The location was just what we were looking for as we wanted Orlando but not theme park. The area of winterpark is adorable. We really had no complaints. Being able to park in the carport is a bonus as the car didn’t get crazy hot in the sun.
