Ideal for family holidays in traditional and quiet location

Wonderful villa in beautiful countryside. Utterly peaceful. Amazing pool.

We just left from our wonderful vacation at Bojana‘s house. It is located on a hill where we enjoyed a great view on the balcony with our morning coffee. The kids loved the pool and garden for playing. As our kids can be very loud and we don’t want to shout at them all the time to be quiet, we intentionally picked this secluded area. Though for day trips you need to drive anyway, so it does not make a difference if you drive a little longer - it’s vacation :)For any question upfront or during the stay Bojana answered quickly. She also had some great recommendations for restaurants and things to do.To sum up: all of us highly recommend :))

I was there with my family. It‘s really a bit remote but that was known before. The landlords are very friendly and the communication worked very well. There were even homemade gifts… Nothing was missing and it was very relaxing.

The Ride to Croatia was hell, all the more we were delighted by the nice and warm welcome of our hosts. The House was very nice, the Pool awesome and the Location absolutely gorgeous. We would like to come back sooner rather than later. Thanks a lot! D&V&A&N&H P.S. The liquid gift tastes great!

We spent 2 wonderful weeks in Bojana’s house. Perfect to really cut from the stressful daily life and job; we appreciated the calm of this isolated house, with pool, several terraces, field to play football, etc. Our rhythm has been rotating 1 day at the house, 1 day hiking, 1 day at the coast. The pool was cleaned twice a week - the property and the bedding were clean and comfortable. I am very critical in my bookings, but this time the quality is there- 5 stars plus. The cherry on the cake is of course Bojana and family who take care of the house in respect of our privacy- warm welcome.

Ideal destination for those seeking privacy and comfort. The house is situated on a hill with scenic views of the town of Pican and the Ucka mountain range. It can be reached by a small paved road. A car is essential as local amenities are not next door and require a 15 to 20 minute drive. The central location in Istria allows for outings to all the well-advertised places of interest on the peninsula, but local hilltop towns of Gracisce and Pican offer great authenticity and are well worth a visit. The home is well-equipped, features a lovely pool and private, tranquil grounds. Host Bojana and her family are really nice and generous and will go out of their way to make your stay a pleasant one.
