Our oceanfront Newport Beach vacation home is a true gem, with multiple levels of comfort (all with breathtaking ocean views), and a feeling of serenity and privacy. LOCATION:
Optimally situated between the Newport and Balboa Pier, our home is also a short walk to full access of Newport's beautiful bay and pleasure harbor for boating, kayaking, paddling and sight-seeing, along with multiple restaurants and other casual eateries and shops. Nearby Marina Park (one block away) is a must-see on the bay any time of year, but also the best spot in town to view the world famous Christmas Boat Parade.
RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: bikes, child seats, trailers, body boards, surfboards, large ice chests, wagons; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, jogger strollers, rollaway twin beds, and much more! DISCLAIMER:
Because the rear unit is not connected internally to the front main house, parental supervision of children and any guests under 25 is mandatory at all times in both front and rear units - especially overnight. The rear unit is not permitted to operate as a "kids' room" per local ordinances.
CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.

Amazing location! The property was clean and very spacious. It is dated, but worth it for the location and size.
The property is showing some age, though management is quick to address the issues, which was appreciated. Also the bike rental through their preferred company is very convenient, as they were dropped and picked up to the property. This was a nice perk!
The two units we stayed in provided plenty of space for our family group of 10. We had plenty of room in the main house for family meals and time to chill. Beach chairs and toys were provided. We would love to come back!
Nine adults stayed here after an exhausting trip across the country for an endurance race. It was a wonderful way to relax and enjoy the ocean. The people watching on the boardwalk was a bonus. The house was clean with plenty of bathrooms and the view is amazing.
This was a great house and location for our group. Plenty of bedrooms and a large shared area that opens up to the beach. Would definitely recommend this rental for a group looking for a convenient house right on the strand.
This is an older but well maintained and clean property. Perfect location for watching huge waves on the point or biking/walking to Blackies or 28th St. to play in much calmer surf. Walk to Newport pier and many restaurants. Marina Park on the Bay is 1 block. Loved this place!
Listing stated HOUSE FOR RENT, it was NOT, it was a duplex, which meant the remaining bedrooms were in a different unit in the back therefore we could not leave the kids and go downstairs at night like we would have done in a house...TERRIBLE, they didn't want to provide a refund in canceled, it's a total scam!
Our family stayed for a week and this property was great — ample parking and space for the group, great location, well-stocked!

Very well-outfitted kitchen. If you want to cook for a crowd, this place is for you. 2 dishwashers, tons of dishes, pots/pans, small appliances and utensils as well as fantastic range, double oven.

The property is larger than we expected. It had more parking than we actually needed, which is rare in Newport. There are 2 living spaces, each with separate entrances, and the privacy was an unexpected bonus. We enjoyed spending time on the upper deck and bbqing on the front patio. A little hot in the summer, but not uncomfortable. We would stay here again
