Ideal Downtown Location! Beautiful newly renovated vacation bungalow

The house was perfect for us. Very, very clean and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Its location makes it easy to walk to the downtown area for shopping and restaurants. Our host was very welcoming.

We had a fabulous stay, and will stay here again. Was cozy especially with the fire going on the cool evenings. Nicely stocked kitchen as well. Easy walk to downtown restaurants and stores. Highly recommend.

The home was beautifully renovated, and it felt like the host really cared about every little detail. They chose the perfect paint color, towels, bedding, everything, to put the guest at ease. The neighborhood is well-cared for, with a darling park a block away. The downtown area was within a short walk. We absolutely loved everything about it!

This bungalow was cozy and comfortable, just right for our brief getaway. It was well equipped and clean. It was also very convenient to downtown.

We are frequent visitors to Brevard and this was our fave location. The house itself is equipped with all you need for a relaxing stay. Plenty of room and a nice sized kitchen. [Note, there are both drip and pod coffee makers] Our dog enjoyed the fenced backyard and walks in Franklin Park and on the Brevard College campus. Walking to town and not needing to park was a great way to experience the farmers market, Bracken Mountain Bakery and other spots. There are back routes to Pisgah and DuPont for MTB and hiking. Being able to store bikes in the garage was a plus, too!

Convenient and comfortable! The best compliment is that we stayed here 10 months ago and returned to spend a full week this summer. Great location, easy walk to downtown restaurants and stores as well as easy walk to the Brevard College campus. This trip we found Franklin Park and Pool which is less than two blocks away. If a guest has a child, there is an amazing play structure / fort at this nearby park.White squirrel watch continued; this time we spotted three white squirrels at one time together on the Brevard College campus.Thanks for sharing your cottage! We greatly enjoyed our stay!

This was our second visit! Such a well cared for house in a lovely neighborhood. We really appreciate being able to bring our small dog.

Clean, quiet, spacious, comfortable house near Brevard College and Downtown Brevard.

We so enjoyed ourselves this past weekend. The house was perfect and within walking distance to the college and downtown. We will definitely stay there again.

Wonderful place to call home for a few days! So close to everything! My son is a Football Coach at Brevard and we could walk to his game. Great neighborhood and we even had a white squirrel in the yard!

house was in a great location in downtown brevard. home was clean and comfortable. had all of the amenities we needed. a fence back yard was great since we had our dog with us. we even saw white squirrels which brevard is noted for. had a great long weekend and would highly recommend this home.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely and clean home. It is located close to nice restaurants in town and also close to trails in the Pisgah national forest. The kitchen is well supplied with cookware, and nice seating areas in and outside of the home. We would definitely return!

My husband and I greatly enjoyed this lovely Brevard cottage stocked with everything we needed. From this great location, we went on walks around town as well as Brevard College keeping a running tally of the white squirrels spotted - twenty white squirrels in five days!

This property was super clean and convenient to many waterfalls, Chimney Rock and Mount Mitchell. Easy walk to Main Street for shopping, Brevard Brewery and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would choose this property again!

Excellent location and amenities. All is as described in booking. Iwould recommend a level 2 charger for EV travelers as they are frequently full at nearby Brevard College. Also a King size bed would be awesome.

The cottage is the perfect getaway if you’re looking to enjoy downtown Brevard and the surrounding mountains. It truly felt like our home away from home.

We have stayed here several times. It is always clean. Julie is a great communicator and everything just works. You can't beat the location. I've tried to get the owners to sell me the house a few times, with no luck so far.

This house and neighborhood were lovely. The house was clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. We brought our two young children and dog. The fenced in backyard was a plus. We especially enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and playing at the park down the street. The drive to the charming Brevard downtown area takes about two minutes. We hope to be able to return next summer. It was a perfect getaway from the Florida heat!
